My family loved the hospitality and the location is everything. ”
It wasn’t what I expected when I made the booking but, on getting there it stood out and was totally worth it. I’m based in the USA, I decided to treat my siblings to a vacation. Right from when I called the hotel and the site (agoda) I made the booking from, they were all friendly and assisted me with making decision on what hotel to pick because I wasn’t sure on which. Lots of hotels online with bad reviews threw me off, but premier inn looked fancy and clean from the pictures online. In summary what I expected wasn’t what I saw from the video calls and pictures my siblings sent me. And the hotel staffs were so nice and friendly to them right from their arrival to their departure day. I would totally recommend anyone reading this to lodge here when ever you do visit. I intend to take a vacation soon to UAE and I will definitely be lodging here when I do. The view and location is everything!!!!! Affordable and classy!!!! Worth the amount $$$ spent!!!!

I was hesitant at first about staying somewhere so affordable as this was my first time solo traveling, but I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving. Its facilities, cleanliness, and customer service were all held to high standards. There was a free shuttle that frequently dropped off and picked up residents from the airport and other major locations which was so convenient for when I wanted to use the Dubai Metro. The room was super clean and had all the amenities of any other hotel (except shampoo and conditioner). When I could not get my room safe to unlock, someone from the front desk came immediately and was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here, and I would stay again and recommend to others!

My husband and I was impressed with everything from the customer service to the cleaniness and friendliness of tbe staff. Too bad I have visited Dubai already twice but at least this second time I enjoyed it even more. I will tell everyone I know who goes to Dubai to go to Prestige Inn. There are multiple reasons, why I had a great time in Premier Inn: - next to the airport - free shuttlebus every half an hour to the airport and accesses to Dubai downtown by metro or (free) expo 2020 shuttlebus - good comfortable and healthy mattress - rich all-you-can-eat breakfast (it's a brunch!) - perfectly clean room - friendly stuff all around (e.g. Ryan at the reception, Rejith & Tanaveer from the roomcleaning team, Reyann & Kumara from the breakfast service) - always helpful, but not pushy - PCR-Test in the hotel and support from Pooja at the travel desk

Very nice hotel if you transit at Dubai ”
Hotel is near to airport. The shuttle bus is provided to terminal 3. The receptionists are very polite, nice and friendly. Room is very clean. Got bath tub for hot bath after long flight. We had a good sleep and refreshed for the next flight. Thank you premier inn. I love to stay at premier in since i live+studied in UK few yrs back

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is always great. It is sparkling clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the bar and restaurant are most welcome. Beds are comfortable and the free shuttle bus to and from the airport is a great benefit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through Dubai.

We were collected from the airport by free shuttle bus. It took about 20 minutes to get to hotel which is situated on the other side of the highway so you can see hotel from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was great with many options. Service was great. No hesitation to stay there again.

If you're looking for a hotel close to the airport, the Premier Inn Dubai is excellent value. The room was clean very quiet, which was a surprise considering it's just across the highway from the airport. The staff were all extremely friendly and quick to help. The free shuttle service ran on schedule. We'd definitely stay at the Premier Inn Dubai again!

Stayed one night at the hotel. Took the shuttle bus from the airport and back. the shuttle bus service was on time and easy to locate after going through custom. The staff at the hotel was excellent, the room was comfortable with all the amenities. Highly recommended.

Great value Hotel”
I stayed for one night as I had a long stopover between flights. Couple of mins from airport. Lovely room, absolutely spotlessly clean. I had a nice bath and was revived for my onward journey. Added bonus is free shuttle to and from airport and a Costa coffee in reception! Would definitely use again.

Such a great place. The location is close to the airport, their shuttle bus is free and comes every 30 minutes, the staff are always helpful and friendly, and the rooms are great. No so big, but very quiet (face the courtyard) and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb for an overnight ”
It is a great place for an overnight stay. Check in and out went very fast, free shuttle service was quick and timely. Beds were comfy, room was silent, breakfast was great, staff - specially at breakfast - was super nice. There is a costa cafe in the hotel that was open also late at night when we arrived. The only thing that no shuttle is provided for late arrivals, but taxi was suprisingly cheap, so it was not really an issue.

Best place near airport”
Clean place when you want to stay near the airport. Rooms are a bit small, but will work if you upgrade. Try to get an airport facing room - it's better. The Bar/Restaurant downstairs is nice with great food, but quickly gets old when you've had the whole menu. It's nice to have a coffee shop downstairs as well with an outside patio - very nice to enjoy morning air.

Great, comfortable stay”
Two recommendations: I requested a lab airport transfer but I had no idea if it was confirmed, and had no idea how it would work. Would I need to call, would there be someone there to pick me up, or was there a regular shuttle, and if so, how often would it come. I had to experience it to learn that the shuttle comes every half hour, 24 hours a day. Also, it would have been nice to walk from the airport to the hotel, since it’s only 200m from the airport entrance. But unfortunately it’s actually a 3.5km walk or drive. Otherwise, I enjoyed the friendly staff, quiet, cleanliness, and buffet breakfast. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
