Let me first mention it's not a paid review! It was a magnificent stay, stayed in room 609 , no much view but got to see full sky and bright sunlight, as a business traveller it was important for me and am ok with it. This hotel is spotless, what a hospitality, impressive! From start to end they were consistent. For fitness lovers there is a great treat, visit there GYM and you will meet Coach Ibrahim, this gentleman is a game changer person. He is just amazing coach and Pullman dubai creek city centre has this Gem, thankyou coach Ibrahim for all your over extended training during my stay, A Big Thank you! Housekeeping, at your service, great cleanliness, staff well trained always smile on their face, spotless linens, fresh fragrance and full with supplies in the bathroom, A Big thank you Team Housekeeping! Breakfast, very important place, it was full of varieties and makes you crazy, what to eat and what to miss, Loved overall. A Big Thank you Team Food Service Am Happy!

Good location, close to everything. In 2nd floor of the hotel, you can directly access the deira city centre and it is also near to metro station. Staff are so friendly and approachable. Quick check-in and check out process. During check-in, they never ask for a deposit unlike the other hotels. Good and lot of selection of buffet breakfast, there are live cooking for eggs, waffles & pancakes. We stayed there for 2 days, the housekeeping always make sure our room was always clean and they provided us for our requests like dental kits, comb. They even prepared a birthday decoration and yummy birthday cake for my husband's birthday in our room. We really appreciate it! All the staff will greet you everytime they will see you in the lobby, in the pool area, etc. Thank you so much Pullman Hotel Deira City Centre Team! Highly recommended! Mitchell at the reception was extremely helpful, cheerful and kind, she made our stay very comfortable. The concierge staff were always willing to help with the luggage and hailing taxis if need be without fail. The rooms however are a bit small to our liking as compared to other places that we've stayed in. They could also improve on the breakfast buffet. Overall it's in a great location and the service from the staff is commendable. Hygiene standards are also quiet high.

Hands on management and friendly staff. Nice food and clean rooms. Regina was very helpful and so was the GM. They touched base personally and ensured we were comfortable.
