We try our best to time our service levels well, and achieve a balance that is neither too much nor too little, tailored to each of our guests.       Good location,room and facilities BUT unhygienic restuarant and bad service mind staff”
      The location is great, room is nice, the facilities in room is good as 5 stars hotel. BUT UNKYGIENIC restaurant (at Pavilion Café Restaurant which serve all day dining, include hotel breakfast) When I had dinner buffet at Pavilion , I found COCKROACH walk from under the table that put many kinds of breads. It walked pass many breads... until it stopped by stay on one piece of bread. I informed to restaurant manager when she came and saw the cockroach, she go back and order her staffs to check only one kind of bread that she saw the cockroach stay on it...didn't not change all of breads that are on that table Another issues at Pavilion Cafe, for dinner buffet, the softdrink already included in the package. I order water and one glass of orange juice. But when the bill came out, they charged me for one glass of organge juice and one bottle of water. I complained to the hotel service center who said that he will inform to shift manager but until check out, I did not got any apology from them.

      Love the room, not as much the breakfast. ”
      Love the room. The pillows and blankets are so soft it felt really cosy :) There’s a cupboard that connects to the closet from inside the bathroom. Pretty convenient to get dressed up or even to get the bathrobes. There’s also the bathtub to warm up a little. Not that hot the water, but hot enough. Breakfast is good if you are not expecting so much on the tasty food.

      Hidden charges”
      The Pullman is a clean sophisticated well run enterprise in an excellent location. The staff are very friendly and professional. I was disappointed in hidden charges incurred. When we arrived at the airport we were picked up and taken to the hotel. On checking out 8 days later we were charged under the heading of limousine (it was no limousine). I was with my wife and daughter and we were charged per person - one fee would have been equivalent to a taxi- so yes, feeling ripped off on that one. Also I paid for my room well in advance to our holiday. Upon checking in the hotel advised that the would charge my credit card 5000 bht as security until we checked out (WHY). Upon check out I was told it would take approximately 2 weeks for my card to be re-credited. I don't understand why businesses would risk their credibility with this type of behaviour. A good experience soured by bad policy

      Dear Mark, Thank you for taking your time to share your feedback As per procedure, and like in many other hotels, our Welcomers are obliged to take an authorization (deposit) which is sufficient to cover the expenses of the room and/or possible incidentals. Unfortunately we did have some issues in the past which requires us to follow this procedure.       Weak A/C, bad breakfast”
      Stayed at this hotel several times, usually 5 stars from me, but had a bad stay this time. AC in the room was weak, it was not obviously broken, but even with the AC on full it stayed warm all night, and once the sun came up in the morning the room got ridiculously hot. I didn't really notice it fully until the morning when it really started to heat up. If I wasn't checking out already that morning I would have had to change rooms or check out. Ordered room service for breakfast while we got ready to leave, and it was very poor. I usually have pretty low expectations for breakfast, but this was by far the worst breakfast I've ever had in this hotel, it was mostly inedible, and wasn't cheap, just awful for the price. I think we'll try staying in a different property next time we're in town. I'll probably come back and give this one another chance in the future, as they've been really great up to this point.

      The best in the North East by far”
      Once again we really enjoyed our stay at the Raja Orchid Pullman Hotel in Khon Kaen. Previously I had reported that the standard of the breakfast buffet had deteriorated. However, I am glad to announce that it is now improved, and back to the high standards of old. By far the best hotel in Khon Kaen, and indeed Issan. There are a couple of newer 4* hotels in Khon Kaen these days, but they do not have the class or elegance of the Pullman. We can't wait to get back there!
