Don’t book with them ”
Had an apartment booked and paid for. They called me at 4 o’clock when I was due to check in 15 mins later saying my booking is cancelled as there’s something wrong with the apartment which meant there was a health and safety issue. I work in Manchester but I don’t know the area I’m a 24 year old women in a place on my own. They made me walk 40 mins when they said on the phone it was a 15 min walk to another apartment. I got there clearly distressed having just had a panic attack to a lady who jsut laughed at me. Asked me to pay - £200 deposit when it did not mention or say anything in the confirmation emails about paying a deposit. I didn’t have the money to pay this and got told we’ll sorry can’t check you in. I was left stranded in the middle of Manchester on my own in the dark . Don’t book with them, false advertising

Value for money”
Reasonable price in a great location, with a great view. Unfortunately they didn’t give clear information on location and we had to call them twice for them to send someone out to get us as they had no office. The man was very quiet and awkward not welcoming or saying much. The apartment had minimal sound proofing and we could here the neighbours shouting at night. The building has one lift and you have to wait ages to get to the 24th floor in a tight space with many people meaning you had to stop at several floors. Also the room was very hot even at night with no fan or AC.

Would stay again”
Beds weren’t very comfy for the adults, but the kids slept well! Everything else was spot on and being right on a Metrolink stop, was a big bonus!

Quay Apartments”
Had trouble finding the place, and called up twice for directions. Instead of directing me to the apartment slowly, he would just quickly rush through directions and then was more keen on me signing the terms and conditions. In fact, he had me sign it before entering the building, it was cold, windy and there were a lot of bags in my hand. I am not sure why such cannot be done in the reception area as I put my bags down and check in. Even paying the desposit

I came to Quay apartments for the proximity to the prometric center. If you need to take a test there I recommend you book with Quay apartments- Very nice rooms with all required amenities and the staff were very helpful. Great value for price and the prometric center is only 1 min walk away.

Nice location but a noisy hotel ”
We liked our apartment. It was clean and functional. The only thing that got to me was how warm it was in the building. Even though we opened all the windows and turned the radiators in the apartment off every time we walked inside we started sweating. Just seems to be a huge waste of energy keeping the building that warm especially in September when the outside temperature was around 16 degrees (if I’d visited later in the year I’d have appreciated the warmth). The only other thing was the wind picked up and howled through the apartment (we thought) so we shut the windows thinking that would be it. Unfortunately it was howling through the lift shafts and the staircase and I assume the ventilation system.

Good Location ”
Very good location to stay in Manchester. It's about 20 minutes walk to Old Trafford, 5 minutes walk to the shopping mall. Would wanna stay there again👍🏻

Only complaint is that the bath needs re sealing, It wasn't to appealing. Apart from that I was very pleased with my stay.

Great view and apartment was spacious ”
Stayed in the apartment for 2 nights and i find it really comfortable. The view is lovely, you can walk out to the balcony and enjoy the view. There's a 40" LCD in the living hall and wifi is also available. Apartment is clean and brand new.

Rooms were big but location is far ”
Had a 2 nights stay in the apartment and everything was fine but the charges for car park is a little too expensive. Apartment is clean and new with big LCD TV. Good for people who is looking to have a weekend stay.

Wonderful place to stay!”
Not a bad thing to say about this place, it was clean,comfy and spacious. Shopping mall minutes away and absolutely ideal for couples/families if they are visiting Man U / Lowry Theatre / Shopping. Definitely returning, already booked!

Lovely apartment~”
although we booked a studio apartment which we initially thought it would only have 1 bed with tv set, it came to our surprise when we stepped into the apartment as it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, big tv in the living room and a balcony where we can see old trafford stadium! how we wished we could stay here for more than 1 night! the apartment is about 1-2min walk from harbour city tram station.

Well furnished and equiped Apartment”
The apartment is 15 mins walk away from Old Trafford stadium which was my main agenda of visiting Manchester. Apartment was well clean when we took over and was very well equiped with furniture, and cooking materials. Had easily cooked our own meals but what was lacking was a service to clean up the place daily. Trash was accumulated over the 3 nights we stayed.
