Service minded staff, very clean rooms, good breakfast, great location, close to everything. Easy to get from airport(Stansted) with train(45min) and metro(15min). This hotel has everything you need for a stay in London. The only little minus was the small beds. The double bed was 120cm. So If you are two people traveling I would specific ask for two separate beds. But I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location with friendly staff”
We had a good experience staying there. It has a great location, close to Marble Arch and Bond Street tube station and located just behind Selfridges. Room is spacious and cosy with friendly staff manning the counter. Luke made our check-in and check-out process smooth.

Excellent location in London shopping street!”
The location of this hotel is just perfect. 2 minutes walk to Primark, 5 minutes walk to Selfridges. It's very near to London shopping street. Hotel staff is really friendly and nice. Offered their refreshing drinks & candy during arrival. Staff also help us to book Hop on hop off ticket and also help to arrange taxi for us to airport. Highly recommended!

Service done right”
The front staff were lovely, just lovely. Felt welcomed. Only slight improvements needed are where there are steps to the room.. makes it a little difficult if you have lots of luggage. Everything else is great as it is!

Great Stay for Hyde Park Events”
Friendly welcome and very helpful. Ideal location for Hyde Park and Oxford St. Rooms are small but well furnished, classy materials and magazines left. All mod cons, kettle, iron (that works), hair dryer etc. Nice touch of a few welcome chocolates too. Breakfast buffet has its to choose from and tastier than some hotels. Only minor criticism is that oddly the chairs and tables in the dining room/restaurant appear to be 'small scale' or a little short for some reason. I would recommend staying here.

Great Location”
The staff were great, friendly and always helpful - that made our stay even nicer. Good hotel located in Marble Arch and perfect for those who wish to shop in that strip; very convenient to even come by to drop your bags or take a toilet break. Many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. a short walk to either marble arch or bond st tube stations.

We were on our honeymoon and the staff went the extra mile to prep the room for us and also gifted us a bottle of champagne. At the lobby, you can get fruit infused water and sweets all day. There was a portion of the day where we could also get soft drinks and champagne. The room we were staying in was a little dusty, but once we aired it out it was much better. The only complaint we have is that the water pressure was really low, and it made showering a chore. Upon check out the staff did ask for our feedback and said he will send maintenance to have a look at it. Location of the hotel is fantastic and you are near the metro and big stores.

Room is small but cozy”
Overall nice experience. Although the room is really tiny and we could only open 1 luggage at each time but it's cozy and comes with a nice bathroom and towels are heated (perfect for winter). Location is good as it's less than 5 mins away from Selfridges, Marks & Spencer and 7 mins away from metro station.

Perfect location”
Stayed in Room 206 for 3 nights, it was a bit tricky to find as it was between floors and you had to access it through a small stairway. Booked through agoda and was informed that I have saved £1,400+ (70% discount). I paid £300+ for 3 nights and if one is to take into account the "original" non-discounted price then the room was not befitting a £500+/night. However for £100+/night discounted price it was expected. The hotel is very strategically located and is shielded from much of Oxford St. The staff and facilities were excellent and very pleasant. There is only a single small elevator serving the floors so it can get a bit annoying to wait for the elevator. The hotel services also uses the elevator so you may need to wait a while before the elevator is available. Overall a good stay considering the price and location. Would stay again.
