Great location and in-room amenities”
Excellent location eight minutes’ walk from Tokyo Station, and right in front of Kyobashi Station (Exit 6 takes you right to the hotel’s doorstep!). Recommend getting the metro day passes as Kyobashi Station’s Ginza metro line can take you pretty much anywhere (the Google Maps app was a lifesaver for figuring out train times and transfers). The hotel room itself was well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The room type we booked was the usual small Tokyo size but the main doorway also opened surprisingly narrowly - I imagine people larger than us might have some trouble with it. Get a more spacious room type if you’re concerned about this. The bed was a bit firm for me but my travel partner liked it. Housekeeping kindly supplied us with additional pillows when we asked for it, which was very much appreciated! Also, the smart TV comes with apps like Netflix and Hulu, as well as a movie catalogue and screencast features. The massage chair provided in the room was especially great after a long day of exploring! One thing to note is that the fridge is very narrow and won’t be able to hold wide food boxes unless placed on their side. Plenty of space for bottled drinks and small containers though. We ended up extending our stay here twice - from just one night, to three, to seven. Our week-long stay was great and we look forward to staying here again when we’re next in Tokyo!

Hotel is very new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room size is bigger than most hotels in Japan. We stayed at double room, which is very comfortable. There is a massage chair, a small table, a small sofa, and a smart tv which makes it easy to relax after a long day of touring around. Just outside the hotel is an access to subway station which is very convenient. Very near cafes and 7eleven. Peaceful and posh location, perfect area for a relaxed paced vacation. Would love to come back and stay here again.

Convenient location, clean and cozy room ”
Very clean and new room. Fast check in process. Just opposite Kyobashi Edogrand. Many good options available across the street. Room space is tight but cozy. Toilet is well equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Very clean as well. Room comes with a hand held steamer which works well. Massage chair is not too bad as well. Good stay here.

In the room there are massage chair facilities that are comfortable to wear after traveling around Tokyo. Pajamas are also provided in the room. I will stay here again if I visit Tokyo again.

Great hotel with very clean, new and comfortable rooms. Excellent and lovely staff. Great location perfect for start or end of a trip to Tokyo when you need proximity to airports and trains. Definitely great value for money, best hotel we stayed at in Japan.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. About 10 minute walk from Tokyo station lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Area around the hotel is very nice and upscale. The massage chair in the room is a plus too!

The location is perfect, on the corner of main street, one block away from Tokyo station. The facility is new built, clean and well equipped. Have a massage chair in room! Great choice! It will be our first choice again when we go back next time.

Best for business travelers”
Very close to subway - two lines. Not far from Tokyo station either. Room is small as many other hotels in Japan, but a bit bigger than other business hotels. Very nice to have massage chair inside. I enjoyed a lot. No bathtub (yes, I has shower booth). So, if you love to have bath, not available. Breakfast is also good enough. Please do not expect full size breakfast buffet at resort though. Definitely visit again if I come back for business. (oh..not with family.)

Great mid range hotel”
All was great except one thing: the free tablet in the room turns on and off by itself. This is annoying in the dark so Inhad to put it under papers. Having cameras on the tablet facing you isn’t comforting either. Bonus points for the massage chair in the room.

Best location! It was abit of a walk but love the hotel that includes a massage chair! Bed was good and pillows were firm, very comfortable to sleep. It was a lovely stay overall and will definitely come back! :)

I've been to Tokyo 4 times. This is the best one I had so far. I had a corner room. Super clean and new. Wondering lighting. Really enjoyed it!

Very nice: Massage chair in the room. The room is a bit small but probably standard for Japan. The standard double room is furnished with a small table but the space on the ground barely suffices to open a large suitcase. The variety of food at the breakfast was ok. The location close to the central railway station is great. Just a 5-10 minutes walk.

Modern hotel with nice sleek design. Location is good - right at Kyobashi station... also short walking distance to Tokyo station (the main transport hub) and Ginza (shopping district). There's a 7-eleven right in the hotel block, and 2 Lawsons and 1 Meidi-ya across the road. The building across the hotel also have a dozen of decent restaurants and eating options, else walk to Tokyo Station First Avenue for its Ramen Street. We like the shower with strong water pressure. The massage chair works wonder after an entire day of sightseeing. My husband was so addicted to the massage chair that he looks forward to sitting on it every evening when we return. He even had to used it on the 4th day morning before we check out. Do not forget to grab some tea bags from the reception counter, and brew some tea to enjoy and unwind... they are good stuff!

Compact hotel with everything you need. Rooms are clean and provided with fresh towels, utilities and pj’s daily. There’s a kettle, iPad, tv, fridge, and hairdryer in the room. Lots of usb plugs. Lovely shower. Only downside is that, with this price, breakfast should’ve been included, and not an extra upgrade. Also, it would’ve been nice if hotel provided coffee, milk, and sugar sachets - and not only tea. Great location with a short walk from Tokyo station and literally a few steps away from Kyobashi subway station.

Favorite place to stay in Tokyo”
The aroma when you enter the hotel building is soothing. Staff, room, breakfast all exceptional. The shower itself an awesome experience.Easy to access as the Kyobashi Station exit 6 will straight take you to the entrance of this hotel.

Nice hotel in super location”
Right in front of kyobashi metro station and 5 min walk to Tokyo station. The area is clean and quiet, lots of restaurants across the street or underground. Rooms are typical japanese but it was enough for me. Nice comfy bed and pillows, great shower. The internet was decent and the desk in the room was usefull for me. Can't comment on the breakfast or food because was always eating outside.
