            Frontline reception staff need a lot of Training in customer service and speaking and understanding English. Service not that if a 5 star hotel as stated...I would rate it 3 star. Overall stay was good as we eat out ....variety of eateries. If you stay here don’t expect service like other chain of Tulip Hotels.

            Overall stay was ok. In room food was good. Location was below expectation .housekeeping staff was good. Food & beverage staff Rahul was rude . He made fun of me when I requested for cup of coffee,as I was unable get up. .if you stay in this hotel please order room service , food quality is good but restaurant staff need some training.

            Same as one year ago, they have the worst possible internet continually falls out. I stopped using them, came back after one year as assured all fixed, NEVER AGAIN. Terrible impossible for the average business person work in this hotel.

            Pros- rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, with nice views of Navi mumbai. All functions of the bathroom were in good working order and the wifi worked for the majority of my 4 night stay. Staff were friendly, spoke good English and are willing to help. My only negative would be if you are looking to leave the hotel for a night out, there are no places nearby to eat and have alcoholic beverages. It's in the wrong area of Navi Mumbai for this, well not in walking distance anyway. On the plus side the location is quiet by Indian standards, no homeless, easy to cross the street, wide footpaths and plenty of shops within short distance of the hotel. Overall I would recommend, in particular to travellers looking for a place and area just to relax and recharge the bartteries, which was my sole purpose.

            Worth for money. Just one thing which annoyed me was that I had asked them for the room decoration at 11pm as it ws my finace's bdy the next day. But when we checked in, we found the room was already decorated. So my surprise was a flop. But otherwise it was good. Can recommend.

            The hotel is not friendly if you have booked via agoda. although i had spoken to the staff before booking and mentioned that I needed a non smoking room, once the room was booked via agoda, they said they cannot confirm availability of non smoking room! However the staff at the reception were much more helpful than the reservation staff. I had asked the hotel before hand if i would get a bill when checking out and was told that i would get the same. Later after check out and getting a bill, i noticed the rate mentioned on the bill was different from what was paid online. on calling the hotel, to mention this, i was asked how did you get the bill, this was not to be given in the very first place!!!! Have no idea what is happening. Never would want to stay here again.

            This was my second time staying, the room for first time was with a better bed and newer & much cleaner room. This second stay was at a slightly older room, middle of the bed is sunken in. However I slept well through the nights in Royal Tulip. And I like the breakfast, simple and just nice. Overall is good.
