Holiday in Nostalgic Environment ”
When drive into the hotel parking and as we drive past the drive way leading to the hotel parking, one can’t help but envelop with the feeling of travelling back in time. We truly love the architecture as well as the interior of how the hotel is giving to Guests who are there for the first time. The check in was brief as we are being attended with professional and friendly front desk staffs, except the front entrance staffs who were pre-occupy since they’re like a few staffs at the front entrance of the hotel. There’s 2 blocks of which we are being allocated to the West block that’s mostly make up of Studio apartment rooms. Overall the room is clean and smell fresh with the basic amenities. The breakfast comprises of local very familiar dishes except quite a lot of dishes already run out as we went for breakfast @ 9:30am where the breakfast timing is until 10:30am. Token can validated @ the front desk for those who drive and it’s quite convenient to do so as and when required. The back dated facades of the hotel definitely gives the feeling one travelling back in time while in the facilities of the hotel, though the hotel is surrounded by modern buildings located within the Golden Triangle, with famous malls such as Pavilion and KLCC within walking distances from the hotel, and the Istana Budaya just a stone throw away next to the hotel.

Room and pool were awesome but a bit disappointed with variations of breakfast served”
Room and toilet were clean and well kempt. Pools were just nice for my yound kids to play around. We stayed here for 2D1N staycation for my graduation ceremony at WTC. Breakfast selections for food and drinks were quite disappointing when the hotel served very basic local cuisines unlike other 5 Star Hotels in Klang Valley. We actually need to pay RM70/adult and RM50/kid if we brought additional fmly members. So with these limited selection of food and drinks,I think it is not at par with the rivalry hotels. They provided us fried kuew teow n mee, nasi lemak,porridge,roti canai, white n wheat bread for toast, cereals, watermelon with no other options of fruits. We also couldnt find salad selection dont know maybe it was already not available at 8.45am. Drinks provided were coffee, tea, and orange juice. We were actually expecting desserts i.e variety of bread options such as croissants; cakes, muffins, cupcakes, traditional kuih but all of them were not available. Nevertheless,we are planning to stay again later with my big fmly and we hope to get better selections of breakfast in the future. Thank you

Amazing birthday treat staycation”
Check in process was a breeze and the hotel accommodated our request to have the city view. The room was spacious and spot clean. The staff delivered a complimentary birthday cake to the room which was a nice touch. Breakfast spread was splendid. Although it was peak hour and busy hour, the staff carried our their duty with a smile. I would come back for their hospitality, wonderful room and comfy bed. Thank you Royale Chulan KL!

My favourite hotel in KL”
Great value and excellent location. Have stayed there many times. Good dining options. Clean, with big rooms and bathrooms. Great swimming pool also. Better still, and the main reason I always stay at The Royale Chulan, is the staff, and their excellent, friendly service. All the staff are extremely polite and helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Would highly recommend!

We had weekend staycation for a wedding dinner at the ballroom. We find the royale chulan KL is so strategically located within 2 main shopping malls in KL city centre, ie Suria KLCC & Pavilion BB. We booked a week before wedding and still manage to get a good rate for room stay compared others nearby hotel next to them. Overall, we had pleasantly stay there. Is that fruit platter/mini basket is their complimentary for guest upon arrival/checked in? We think their royale chulan hotel chains signature & gesture for guest after had the same experience in RC Damansara. We love the hotel ambiance, room, facilities. Looking forward to stay there again.

Walking distance to Pavillion (5min via 1st sky bridge). Although the hotel looks aged but the room is clean and comfortable, shower pressure superb. Breakfast is like 7/10, have lot of choices. Don't have to worry parking if u're driving, lots of parking lot at the basement of hotel and it's free for hotel guest.

- Lavish breakfast buffet with vegetarian options also available (Malay Cuisine, Western, Indian options were also there) - Spacious rooms and bathrooms - Great view! We had a room with balcony from where you could see The Petronas Towers - Service and people were helpful and great. - Walking distance from the Bukit Bintang market and a mall was nearby too - For KLCC, Petronas Towers and other touristy places book Grab Taxi (cheap and easy) and they will pick you up from the hotel. Easier as you won’t be able to walk much on the streets.

I have been travel to KL for business for many times and stay at the hotel ocassionally. During the last 10 years, I have ignore Royal Chulan and only seeing from far. This time I decide to try out and I really regret not choosing it from these ten years. The hotel is superb than Pullman Kuala Lumpur, you got to try it . Its perfect spot , best value for money and Im looking to repeat my stay experience in next 3 week. Say if yiu had conference in Pullman or KL Convec or Pavillion, this is the best place ever

Staffs are hospitable and the breakfast is great! Royale Chulan is located near bukit bintang with walking distance, easy to walk to malls and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and the bed is really comfortable. Strongly recommend this hotel!!

I'm glad I booked this place to relax on my birthday. Pros: Location (walking distance to Pavilion) Staff (friendly) Room itself (Huge and Clean) Breakfast (I might just come stay here for the breakfast. it was really2 good) Cons: Been assigned to bigger room at first, slightly warm probably due to the size. Staff reassigned us to smaller room, super cold. New assigned room furniture is slightly old compared to the first room. But overall it is still a good stay. love it.

I am so impress with the staff at Warisan Cafe during breakfast. Since now still in Recovery Movement Control Order in Malaysia, so need to que and scan body temperature before proceed for dining. All the staff so helpful and manageable. Although need to que for about 30minutes but they assigned for you the table so no need to find it by yourself. Other staff at buffet serving area also so helpful since customer not allowed to take food on our own but they treat all customer politely.

Not Dissapointed”
We reached the hotel lobby very early around 12.00pm. Suprisingly we were given a room to check in early since room was available without additional charges. Room was very spacious and clean with a king size bed. Buffet breakfast was what we expected for a 5* hotel. So much choices of food. Would definitely return.

Royale Chulan is centrally located and an easy walk to shopping malls, restaurants and transport systems. The hotel is beautiful. This is a traditional Malay style hotel decorated beautifully. Such a wonderful change from the high rise steel and glass hotels. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade and we love it. Room service was prompt and check in easy. Free parking onsite. I will stay here for every trip in future. Thank you for your hospitality.
