Terima Kasih, Sama Sama Express. Great value for money rest area airside. The best way to rest at an affordable rate inside the airport whilst on a long transit break. Hot shower, clean linen, air conditioned and acoustically comfortable. No disturbances during the transit, several hours uninterrupted sleep and a wake up call to allow time to get to boarding gate. Good spot for a rest on your layover ”
13 hr layover in KLM. After asking a couple of people we eventually found the hotel just past the aerotrain terminal in the Satellite building towards Gate C5. It's what you'd expect for a transit hotel, basic with wear and tear but room was clean enough that it didn't feel too dingey. Shower leaked behind screen a bit. Shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and brush, hairdryer and shaver provided. No conditioner though. Fee included a meal each which made it easy.

Restful Transit”
Absolutely perfect way to do a 4+ hour transit (ours was 6 hours).. Able to have a shower, change clothes, catch a few hours of sleep in a well air conditioned and quiet space in a good bed with nice linen. Will be back again in two weeks for a slightly longer transit of 8 hours. Have already booked in advance. Absolutely recommend this hotel for convenience, value, cleanliness and very friendly staff.

Very convenient ”
This hotel was clean and comfortable with efficient staff. As it is airside we could drop the bags and go through security and immigration in the early evening leaving us able to have a leisurely start to the next day as we had a flight at 09.00. It took all the hassle out of checking in etc immediately prior to departure. Dinner and breakfast in the attached lounge were perfectly acceptable.

Very friendly staff. Very clean and cozy place for stay... agoda should give facility for more than 12 hours booking... l have 18 hours waiting time at KLIA, I want 16 hours booking for room but agoda provides maximum 12 hours stay. Rest of things are excellent... Good luck 👍

Sama sama hotel was right next to our arrival gate, staff was friendly and helpful - pointed us to where we needed to go to get our PCR tests done and also allowed us to extend our booking + add breakfast buffet when our booking did not include it. Room was clean and tidy, basic amenities and supplies provided. Would recommend if your layover is longer than 8 hours!

The location is by gate C5 very convenient if you’re flying out with ThaiSmile WE420 in the morning as the staff tells me they normally use gate C5. The room was spacious. The lounge area opens from 4am. Meaning there will be nothing for you to eat when arriving late (still some shops in the departure hall open 24hr but walking to the hotel and go to those shops were the last thing I wanted to do at midnight. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Everything was great, will choose to stay there again if I have a morning flight.

Right in the airport”
I was on transit. So checking into a hotel in the airport terminal itself is really very convenient. I had checked my luggage through to my final travel destination. The hotel is very clean, nice room with a good size. The staff is very helpful as well. Can't think of anything negative about the hotel.

Comfortable transit time”
I have used here as a transit short time stay. The facility was clean and adequate equipment although the staff's voice on the corridor was slightly noisy. Easy access to the flight gate. I could have a good sleep between long hour flights. I would utilize here again.

Such a handy hotel to grab a few hours rest, freshen up and then get ready for that next long haul flight. Everything was clean - right near the gates, easy to find and check in, quiet and included toothbrushes, drinking water, comfy good size bed and a great hot shower !

Complain to Agoda”
I want to complain to Agoda . When I reserved the hotel , I never expect that this hotel is in the airport, and can't go into this hotel without check-in at the airline's company's counter. I realized it when I went to the reception of other Sama Sama hotel outside of airport. Sama Sama hotel never accept my refund , and I just wasted my money , and had to reserve another room at the other hotel. I think Agoda should emphasize more that we can't reach to the hotel without check in at the airport.

Fantastic place to rest in between flights”
During our recent flight back from Sri Lanka back to Sydney, we had a day lay over in KL. This hotel was so ideal for our young family, as the staff were so friendly and accomodating, not to mention the room was perfect for a nap plus the comfy lounge with the buffet meals was a bonus!

Good location for a short stat”
Must have boarding pass to stat, I had a very difficult time getting pass because I flew domestic first . Nipon Air wasn’t open, couldn’t get pass on line. Finally found a small business office open and got boarding pass. Was lucky or I would of been out of luck

Nice Stay on Long Layover”
Did a 12 hour stay on a long layover at KUL Airport. No need to clear security or passport control, just get off plane and go directly to the airside hotel. Buffet dinner and breakfast included in price. Would definitely stay again.

We had an 11 hour layover in KLIA, Sama Sama was the perfect place to stay. We have stayed in one other transit hotel in KLIA2 before and Sama Sama far exceeded our expectations. Check in was extremely easy, the room was clean, the shower was incredible and the breakfast buffet in the morning was just what we needed. Definitely recommend!
