One of the best hostels in Brighton, everything is cleaned regularly, There are travellers from all over the world, the breakfast is delicious and rich and also the staff is nice and friendly.

Nice staff but poor facilities”

Very small room. You will probably need some ninja training to go to bed. No hooks in the shower room, meaning you can only put all your clothes on the floor or walk in naked. Staffs are nice.

I wanted to lay down the bed, I just sat and it broke up. As a result I found myself literally on the floor. So it means that this bed was already F*** up from before and wasn't replaced. For the price that we paid for those 2 nights, that was just unacceptable. After that we were given another bedroom by the receptionist, which was much better than the previous one. The issue is that the day after we were obliged to move again to another room so we couldn't get outside and enjoy our week end until the new room was ready... Above all we didn't get any discount for those disagreement. Also the security code for the main door changed constantly which was really annoying. Apart from this, fortunately the staff and people were really nice so we had a good time with my boyfriend, but I won't recommend that place at all and won't get back there in the future.

Room very basic, not particularly clean and stank of stale cigarettes. Although breakfast was supposed to be included, I couldn't find a single staff member to order. Actually trying to find the breakfast room involved navigating through a labyrinth of terribly signposted, code locked doors. I gave up and walked up the road to a cafe for my breakfast. Awful, will never be back.

Overnight stay. Clean room but lacked conveniences”

The room was basic and had no bedside lamps and too few and inconveniently placed electric sockets. It was more of a hostel than the bed and breakfast hotel advertised. Staff were helpful and flexible.

Good - the hotel was basic, but we were expecting this. There was nothing unpleasant about the stay.

I arrived to then be told my payment has not been received , I had to make the calls myself to find out why this was! Only 1 member of staff at desk who spoke poor English. Very disappointed and angry. Poor customer service but I clean and pleasant room that was the only good thing.
