Everything was great, very value added stay. Stellar customer service for everyone in every area, with the most outstanding one was the serving by Maria, the 6th floor VIP lounge. Very professional and fast even during peak dinner hour. Many great fun activity for young kids to keep them occupied. For improvement: 1. Sauna heat didn't work well. 2. Steam button seems spoilt

Everything about this hotel is good except their dinner buffet was disaster I really regret having my dinner their simply because I felt like I’m going to Indian restaurant all the food was same as curry and very oily and there is nothing suited me and my family also the selection of the main course was very little and it’s not worth paying BD 18 at all .

The service quality is not worth it for what you paid, it is poor service. We had requested prayer mat and we received it for so long period of time.
