About 15 min from the train station but had clean rooms with good space and helpful staff. Door is open late which is good as we were scared after getting the last train that we wouldn’t be able to get in. Really enjoyed my stay.

Tourist Taxi Scam”
Happy with this hotel up until the last day. I asked the girl with the long hair with dark blond highlights to call a taxi for us. She said do you want a "car or a taxi" and three times I told her I wanted a taxi. Ten minutes later she took us to the front door. I noticed the car was different from the usual taxi and entered the vehicle. My friend entered and pointed out there were no taxi plates on the back of the car and there was no meter. The seat belt wasn't working either. We then realized that it clearly wasn't a taxi and it looked like she had called someone she knew to pick us up. We were dropped off and charged double what the proper taxi drivers charge us for the same distance. This is a taking advantage of tourists to get money out of them. A total scam. While we now recognize that we shouldn't have entered the vehicle in the first place when you ask a hotel employee to call a taxi you trust that they will do just that. The rest of the staff were lovely.

It's a good budget hotel with a single bed, bath, toilet, and TV, etc. I will come back again.

The hotel is a little far from the station but it provides most of your room needs. The room and bathing area is spacious but their toilet doesn’t have any washlet or bidet.

Great for the price but a few complaints”
Everything was fine except wifi signal was a bit weak for my Switch. Also that you can’t bring in other people was disappointing. Toilet paper was really thin sometimes and I had to ask for it often and to get a lot if I didn’t wanna keep asking.

Heavy American staying in tiny room”
Location was within usual walking distance of Sensoji Temple. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly with a few who spoke English quite well. If I wasn't overweight from 7 years of inactivity from an infection in my stomach I would have enjoyed it more, but I rushed the trip to see Japan for Christmas just 5 months after surgery to remove the infection. The only thing I would not recommend with this hotel is they had box springs setting on the bed frame and sheets over the box spring, no mattress. So if you're very heavy like I was on this trip I would recommend double checking that you will have a mattress for whatever hotel you get.

Had a great time during my stay and very comfortable. Accomodating and helpful staff. Quite far from train stations but I enjoyed walking anyways.

The apartment is so dirty and there is no housekeeping”
We were given a small tiny apartment on 8th Floor, the whole apartment is so stink and I think the smell was from the sewerage pipe in the kitchen. Don't flush the toilet before you use the shower. Otherwise, you would need to dry clean yourself as the water pressure will be so low until you die freezing in the bathroom. Don't expect housekeeping services as you need to bring the garbage down to the the trash bin next to the main entrance, no towels if you don't bring the used towels to the reception counter to get it changed. What else.... the furniture in the apartment is basically worn off and so dirty especially chairs. WiFi... you better get an unlimited DATA sim, the WiFi speed as slow as slowpoke!!!

YOU HAVE TO WALK AROUND 12-15 MINS to MTR station. It is not convenient for tourists who bring with a large size language.

staff was really nice. location is not good at all. 15min walk from minowa and 20 min walk from iriya. taxi is only ¥470-550 to either station and ¥1200~1500 to keiei uebo station. 24 hr laundry is right behind the entrance and Lawson store is 2min away.
