The hotel is the finest in Dubai, the moment we step indie the hotel we feel the warmth, Mr Jude at the reception is an epitome of grace, makes us feel wanted and welcome. gives good suggestions and made our stay at the hotel a hit, he is a wonderful individual. Mr. Errol, concierge is also a wonderful person, always checking on our comfort and also Ms Grace at the reception is also a wonderful person. The rooms are clean, beds are good. the toilet and kitchen facilities are wonderful. The location of the hotel is very near to malls and metro both of which is within walkable distance. Overall a wonderful place to stay, a definite luxury in a very convenient spot, with good services

We booked here for 10 days.. Our 5 days stay was in studio deluxe.. The room was good neat and clean.. The staff is will mannered, friendly. Then we extend for another 5 days.. Staff GRACE the Filipinas she was very helpful to us to find 1 bedroom during our extension of stay she's the one who follow up in their sales just to accommodate our stay.. I will recommend this hotel apartment and for sure to come back again.. Thank you again. Aryan

A very nice place to place”
I stayed at star metro with my family of including two young children. We found this place really nice and the staff was really helpful. The location of this hotel was just at the right place and we were able to find everything we needed just a few steps away. The hotel room was clean and the staff made sure to keep it that way on dialy basis. I will definetly recommend it and will surely stay here in my next visit 👍🏻

My experience was good. The staffs from reception chamiha, Haseeb ,Rohan are very co operative and well trained Also cleaner her name Sanjana was nice and kind person. Lastly, swimming pool guard Don Baba very kind person with positive attitude whenever went to smoke he fellow with me even he don't smoke. we talk and share some experience. Overall starmetro is very good for family and couple to stay Money wise I find it not too expensive.

Superb option to stay in deira ”
We stayed 9 nights and we really enjoyed our stay, Fara and Chammika at reception was very helpful so as the others, check-in as well as the check out was very smooth, apartment was clean and well maintained, it had all basic utilities required for us, location is awesome, closer to malls and many restaurants. Metro was very close. I will give 5 Stars

What I love about Star Metro: 1. Haseeb - the receptionist is very accomodating. He really make sure that guest demand's were accomodated. 2. Location - very accesible to restaurants, malls and metro station. 3. They are open to visitor. My friend visited us and brought some food for us. 4. Price - compared to other hotel apartment rate they offer cheaper rate per night. 5. Friendly staff - the room boy is constant. We saw him morning afternoon evening. He greets and manage go smile even though we know that he is tired. Needs improvement: 1. Number of staff -- since they have short staff, request for room service is quite long queue. 2. Ref freezer yo be defrosted

Excellent location near by to Salah al din metro station. Opposite to reef mall and many restaurants are nearby. Hotel is very neat and clean , rooms are well equipped with facilities make you feel like home. Mr Rohan is very cooperative and make you feel like home stay. Thanks Rohan for such nice service.

We checked in in this hotel as a group of 9. One of my team celebrated his birthday while we are still staying in their hotel. Management was courteous enough to bring us small cake with candle lit on top and wished our friend Happy Birthday while we are in the lobby. Good job StarMetro Team for doing extra mile on your hotel service. We really enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend this place. Value for money and close to everything.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in dubai, but this hotel is by far the best. professional staff. neat and clean rooms. Good kitchen facilities in the room. Good gym. A1 location, metro not even a minute away. Will definitely recommend my friend.

I know that dealing with different kinds mood of people for a whole day is not a joke .. After their stressful and tiring day they are still full of energy and they love what they are doing.. We we’re from Abu dhabi and decided to stay in Dubai for an overnight stay. We’ve checked-in late at night around 10pm. Mohammed in the reception was so accommodating and we were upgraded to one bedroom apartment! It was superb! The only thing that we were not happy is the AC. It was not tagt cold and a bit hot but we were so tired to call and asked to fixed it. Overall, our stay was good and would definitely be back!

best location very accessible to the metro ”
best location , near metro taxi always available and staff very helpful. supermarket available just beside the hotel and a nice restaurant also you can order and have it delivered. the room was very spacious complete with everything i needed… this was my 10th time to stay at this hotel , will surely come again.

We had our stay at Star Deira everybody were so accommodating and friendly. I would like to commend Melad, Meraj and other staff who always attended our needs. The location is great too near shops, restaurants and near the metro station if ever you’re commuting. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location”
This location had everything I needed within walking distance. I had a Covid testing facility, Pinoy store with all my foods, a small Mall with another very close and Money changer across the street The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The room was large and spacious and the Washer and 2 burner stove was so convenient. A large fridge and even freezer allowed me to keep all I needed in the room for daily meals. I never had to eat out. The bathroom was very nice and the water was always hot, and I mean HOT. The air conditioning always kept the room cool. There was an amazing amount of cabinet space. There were 2 of each, plates, bowls, cups which was plenty for me. The TV in the room was adequate but there are not many channels to choose from and only 1 that would show movies in English. I feel this place was well worth the money and would stay again when passing thru.
