Legoland hotel has become one of our favourites for family vacation! Thank you reception staff Yusri, Syamala & Audrey for your excellent services and assistance during booking & checkin! Yusri, we are really greatful and from the bottom of our heart, thank tou so much for your kindness & helped - the last minute arrangement for small birthday celebration & the cake for our first born Yusuf. You helped us made it happen although we were supposed to made earlier reservation. Your assistances, and concern making sure our staycation smooth and superb really made our day. Thank you again. Shamala, for the breakfast arrangement, explanation regarding our stay at the hotel and the theme park. Tq so much. The hotel was so huge and so many things to explore and it really caters the needs for the childrens. The design was seriously ergonomics for the children so we extended our stay since the SOP during the outbreak was also taken seriously by the hotel management. To Audrey, thank you so much for helping us at the very last minute, you’ve made your very best to make sure we get to extend another night stay at the hotel. Our kids really enjoy it! And they want to come again. Not to forget the Bricks evening crew Zakie, Azizi, Izzati & Syahin for your service & celebrating Yusuf birthday with us! You made us feel like a family there. You guys really attended the kids very well; very lovable and caress for the child. Excellent service! Even when the restaurant was busy. We observed that you guys are all very cheerful and positive with all the customers and kids. Memang THE BOMB! The chef and all the crew at the bricks restaurant was very caring and helpful. The food was SOOO SEDAP! Staying at Legoland is very valuable for the price! The food at the BRICKS Cafe are great. Plenty of entertainment for the children. Highly recommended!!

Great hotel rooms but pricy restaurant ”
Great stay at Legoland hotel. My son had a very good time and bed is comfy and we sleep very well. Super decoration at pirate room and we love the lift with disco dance. Every time we enter to the lift and everyone danse with the music brings great ambiance. Front desk staff name Miao very helpful, she did iur check in and i am impressed that she called to our room once we enter to the room to see if all ok, and she also did a great effort as we wanted to so much the kids bath robe for souvenir and she help us to make arrangement for purchase it. Thank you to Miao make our stay even better. Restaurant at the hotel is very very expensive, food so so.. Outside the small mall all restaurant closed at 8pm, BIG market close at 10pm. Night time nothing much entertainment. Great experience to stay at this hotel at the pirates room is really special and all staffs are friendly except swimming pool life guard with that LONG face.. Ask him question regarding life jacket, omg he just ignore with that long face.

This is my 2nd time stayed at legoland Hotel. 😂 Due to peak season, and last minutes booking, not much room available., only left Kingdom theme. I would say, I prefer pirate theme room rather than Kingdom theme.. 😂 Room come with king bed, bunk bed ( 3pax) 1 room can accommodate 5pax. We choose breakfast time at 7. There were an option for breakfast time slot ; 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am.., and you need to confirm during check-in. (Covid 19 SOP.) Food delivery was available, so no need to worry about dinner. 😂 😂 Basement parking full, but private parking outside the hotel also consider near and safe. It's would be great if I can booked hotel + theme park ticket. The moment I made booking those package already sold out. We need to queue about an hour. Ensure all family members were there when you bought the ticket because they want to check individual my sejahtera.. Huhuhu.. Or else, you need to queue back and wait for your fmly member available. Better bought from online. No need long queue.. Overall, we enjoy it! ❤️

We had fun and enjoyed our stay. We love our room (pirate theme) and my son loved the surprise were the Pirate mascot went to our room to greet him a happy birthday (separate bday package). We loved their swimming pool because it’s covered and we can use it any time of the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food were good too. Actually, in every resto we went (Pizza Mania, Kai Sushi Bar and value for money for the buffet at Brick’s Restaurant ) They had a good spread. We had fun at the themepark. We enjoyed every activity and rides. I think our timing was good because it’s not crowded and we didn’t have to wait for a long que. We definitely love to come back with my sisters family and try their water park when my baby is much older to enjoy the slides.

This will probably the most memorable stay for my kids of age 8 and 11. Hope they will have fond memories of this resort and theme park for many years to come. Easy access to the theme park from hotel's basement. There are also signages for directions and staffs are thoroughly friendly and informative. We also had custom order t-shirts made at the theme park's Big Shop. Seems like kids can't feel tired of anything. After a days out, both can still enjoy playing with Lego at the huge hotel's lobby till 10 p.m. Great experience for kids as well as adults. Must at least spend 2 days to enjoy the theme park, water park 👍🏼and sea world. There is also a storage facility to store your luggages after check out so that you can still enjoy your day at the park. The hotel's also gave the room access card as souvenir to guest after checking out.

I spend 3D2N at Legoland Resort with my husband (for our honeymoon)during CNY 2022. That was a very fun and adventure experience we both got. We well spend our trip at Legoland Theme Park on 1st day, and the 2nd day we went to waterpark and sealife aquarium explore more fun. For the room I stayed with my husband was at Adventure's theme room (2nd floor). We both love it so much because we both wasn't feel boring at all in the room, because the room provided treasure hunt game for us to open the treasure box, and we received LEGO gift inside the box. 😍😍 Last but not least, I also highly recommended guest who stay at Legoland Resort to try their buffet dinner or breakfast buffet as well. The foods here are varieties and delicious. The staffs of the resort was so friendly and well trained. I will definitely bring my kid to here again in the future.

One stop vacation hotel”
My family and children stayed at this hotel on New Year's Eve 2019. The atmosphere at that time was very enthusiastic because the hotel lobby provides various decorations that imply an event they will hold at night. Our children are very excited to see the many Lego toys in every corner of this hotel. We stayed in the pirate themed room. Inside the room the design is very good. Parents and children area is separated by sliding doors, so they can play and have fun on their own. They prepare bunk beds for the children. There is a treasure box that the kids have to break to get the rewards inside. What an unforgettable experience. One day we will stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. It was a good space for my family of 5 (3 children + 2 adults). It’s just a stone throw away from the theme park and water park, and staying at legoland means we could gain re-entry into the parks even while using a single park ticket Breakfast was abit of a Q as there were many families there too. It might be due to the time slot we chose at 9am. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience with Legoland Resort Malaysia

Enjoyed our 1-night stay at the hotel. It’s lego-craze from the moment you stepped into the lobby. Kids were over the moon when they saw the room. Almost every little detail was thought of. The adults were also wow-ed by the decor. I love the wide corridors. Hotel has a small pool, but good enough to keep the kids occupied. There are 2 lifeguards always on duty too. Breakfast spread was awesome. I like that the bathroom has a sink and mirror for adult, and another for the kids. Room was huge - a queen size, a bunk bed with a pull out. So just nice for us 3 adults and 2 children. Too bad we only stayed for a night and the hotel is very expensive for a regular staycation. Staff was generally friendly and check in/out was smooth.

Pro : 1. Lobby full of Legos, full of activities during night time (sketch comedy, singing, n dancing) 2. We got lucky during check in @ 1.30pm room was ready 😍 and the process was so smooth 3. The lift was so like disco once you step in 😂 4. We booked for Premium Advantures Theme, it was so spectacular decoration and the room it self facing the Legoland Theme Park & Water Park. They had Treasure box with Lego as a prize when you’ve answer those question to unlock the box.. My kids was enjoyed the Treasure Hunt in the room. Their bed was sooo comfortable i tell you😭 They had toothbrushes for kids, Yes!! Kids toothbrushes!! And it is so cute!! 5. Breakfast was delicious and variety, so many options. We had 2times of breakfast, only then can cover all breakfast menu 😝 6. Parking free for guest 7. Legoland Theme Park & Water Park just walking distance Cons: At Night we struggle to find place to dinner. Night 1, we went to JB city 30min drive. Night 2, Anjung 10min drive

All staff very helpful from your check in and checkout. Many activities for kid at the hotel from morning and night. The room are so clean and superb. My kid love it. The food are so superb and delicious. If you coffee lover, can go the coffee café near the restaurant. Definitely will come back to this hotel thumb up for all staff in the hotel

My LEGO fanatic kids loved every minute of staying at this hotel. They literally think of everything! Everything is LEGO themed. Beds are super comfy and rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s so close to the LEGOland theme park, that when my baby was too unsettled and hot to sleep at the theme park I was able to go back to the room for a nap and then go back to the theme park

We spent only 1 night at legoland and we loved every minute. We checked in around 5pm because of heavy traffic going to immigration from SG. Right after checking in, the children started the treasure hunt. We had dinner at Kai's sushi restaurant since we are so full to get the buffet. After that the kids watched the magic show. Kids played at the lobby until around 10pm. There are a lot of kids playing and unlike other reviews, it was full of life when we got there. The next they we had buffet breakfast then went straight to swim at the pool. We got ready for the legoland themepark, checked out and left our luggage. We will definitely be back.

We would like to thank Audrey at reception for the warm welcome and assisted us for a swift check-in. We would also like to thank the management and team who had assisted in decorating our room and providing us a cake for our son’s birthday celebration. Hotel clean & nice. My daughter enjoy the show. Our room at 7th floor aircorn not cool becoz the sun shine in our room but nite ok. The thing i dont like is reception keep calling us to remind check out and no iron in the room. My hubby really dont like it stay here but my daughter really enjoy it.

Its my son's birthday so we plan to go to Legoland and stay at the hotel. The price is valueable but if Legoland include together with the theme park ticket it would be awesome. Because without it, it is quite expensive. The hotel lobby itself make the children feels in wonderland. There were so much lego and activities that my boy can participate. Ohh your kids must be excited when they entered the lift. It has like a disco ambience they can dance. A music and a disco ball. For the room, we loved it so much. It has a treasure hunt game and can accomodate 5 peoples in 1 room. So big. And clean. The breakfast is great. Dont forget to get your buffet dinner. Althought the price is quite pricey but its worth it because it has a lobster, salmon, king crab and more. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect weekend getaway with kids”
Legoland Hotel is next to Legoland theme park, water park and sea life, convenience is key. The room we got has a view to the water park, which is nice. There’s a treasure hunt in the room to find clues and open a treasure chest. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Dinner buffet is about RM 148 but my 4-year old fines for free. Again the dinner spread is very good. Definitely worthwhile to stay close by to the theme park.

Really suitable for family. The room is separate for adult n kids so both can have their own space when the mood holiday is on. During MCO, they served breakfast by package and we need to book slot for breakfast. Parking lot is not enough on weekend because of so many guests check in during that time. Lots of sanitizer around the hotel. Security check is done during MCO. The best part is, Legoland theme park entrance is just next to hotel.

We really love the pirate room!! As soon as we arrive, we are so excited with the super cute interior and also toilet amenities in our room... Our 5 yo son are also happy to do the game in order to solve the treasure-box code where inside there was a couple of lego set to build. The pool was small, but the son is still happy since there were so many legos i n the pool. There were also large playground full of legos in the lobby area where children can socialize with each other.

Very satisfied. The place is nicely decorated, clean and safe for children. The food is delicious and have a lot of choice. I love the 'teh tarik'. The price for the room (which can occupied with 5 person) and food is reasonable.
