Unexpectedly beautiful”
Me and my friends were in a very long trip and was looking for a place to have a good rest in CDO. We arrived late in the evening and most of the hotels are sold out or close due to Covid. I checked Agoda and found this place and booked it. The check in process was smooth and fast. The rooms were in excellent condition. We will be staying here again.

Great Location and Clean Space”
My colleagues and I stayed for one night. It conveniently located to restos and other commercial spaces. The room is clean and has enough space for someone travelling light.

Best Place to stay Within the heart of the City”
Just a few blocks away going to centrio mall ayala, gaisano and Sm downtown. Many foods around the area. Parking space is okay even though its outdoor they have security guard who will lookout to your vehicle. The room CR is not that clean and the shower doesn’t have hot and cold but the aircon is very cold.

The comfort room has a funny smell at first but let the blower do the work to execute the smell. The sink's cabinet is made out of wood and it's rotten. It needs to be replaced. But the breakfast and room service is okay.

I stayed 2 nights. Both experiences were different. Not all of the rooms are made the same. My first night in room A was better than my 2nd night in room B. Room A was cleaner. The internet was awesome in both rooms. Very close to nightlife. Staff was friendly.

Good spot if you don't mind no windows...”
I stayed here 1st time for the value and location. Love being on Corrales Ave, where there are plenty of restaurants and live music venues to visit. However, as a rule, I never stay in windowless hotels. This was an oversight of mine when I booked. Outside of that, the place if great, functional, decent breakfast, nice people and great location. So if you don't mind no windows, go for it. You will not be disappointed!

It is very convenient and there are a lot of establishments near the hotel. Restaurants and transpo are around the corner. The hotel looks old and needs maintenance. I did not have any issue to the room I stayed in. Toiletries are complete and the shower has hot water.. but the water kinda smells/tastes rusty (I don't know if it's just me). Overall, I got what I paid for.

If you are looking for a stable WIFI, you might want to keep browsing for more options on where to say for the night. I few things which I love about this hotel, and things that I also dislike. Things I like: 1. Staff are helpful and attentive of your needs 2. They have a meeting/conference room where you can use for work and recreation 3. Location is good, there are eating and drinking places nearby. Things I dislike: 1. No WIFI 2. Windowless rooms have that moldy smell 3. Single rooms have no fridge and no waters available - you have to buy your own 4. Key cards are not working during my stay, you have to ask reception to accompany you every time just to open the room for you 5. Rooms a bit dusty This hotel definitely needs a total makeover.

The location is very convenient, at least for me, as it is in the center of the city. Most of the pubs and food hubs are within walking distance. The room, itself, was clean. The sheets smells amazing and clean. The room was clean. The deal breaker for me was the bathroom. In my 2 days stay, unfortunately, I only get to bath once. The water smells rusty. And it kinda is. The sink has marks all over it. The sink cabinet was all rusted and on my last day, unfortunately, saw baby cockroach. You've got to bring your own towel, tho. On my first day, no towel was provided, I had to get it from the lobby. And it wasn't a bath towel, just face towel. So, make it what you will. It is what it is. But, if you're staying for a while, say waiting for your flight or day layover, you can still stay here. They do deliver breakfast room per room. It was a big plus. But I wouldn't recommend it for long stays.

Not so organized, key card is not working well. When we arrived, the rooms have no towels. The water in the sink and shower has an unpleasant smell. They are not strict in terms of check out.

Overall the hotel is just ok but the staff is not helpful as to where to go,where to eat. Don't help us with our baggage even the guard.
