The staff were really nice and understanding and the place looks amazing and the bedroom looked really nice and even the bathroom looked nice. Felt very premium. Enjoyed it !

Despite the high price the hotel put my guests in awful rooms with lots of noise from an event. Eventually moved them after prompting but I had to drive down for 30 minutes to do that and speak to them in person. Awful service. Guests left after one night.

Only stay at this hotel if there are no weddings or you a guest at the wedding! Didn’t get any sleep till late because of the loud music and then the drunk weddings guests chanting and singing! Better off staying at the Premier Inn!

I was charged before I arrived and on arrival and had to sort out a refund for the erroneous second charge. The room that was booked for two people only had one towel. There was loud music being played somewhere in the hotel until around 6am. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient and the room was pretty nice.

The room was too hot when I asked for a fan I was told there’s non. I booked a room for two people and had to ask for a extra towel when I clearly booked for two.

Using crutches after a fractured hip the lady on reception was exceptionally kind and changed my room booked for a ground floor one and helped me settle in. Tasty breakfast with good selection.

Overall great visit ”
Overall very happy with visit and will definately visit again. The only things i weren't happy with were, the tv didn't work and the bath was stained, but that didn't ruin the experience. The bed was clean and comfy, the room was lovely and warm and breakfast was great as were the staff

The room was dated was very expensive for what we got. Wall paper coming off wall grim round taps mould in bath. Sad really because could be lovely

Speedy check-in and extremely efficient receptionist called a taxi upon check-out. Generous supply of tea and biscuits etc. Lovely good quality bed and sheets. Blissfully quiet. The best thing was being on the ground floor and being able to open a nice large window looking at sunlight on trees. It was like my own private garden scene!

The staff were amazing and really helpful, great location easy to get to the tram (5 minute walk) to get into the city zone. only downfall was the shower wasn't very powerful but apart from that was brilliant will be visiting again next year!

Visiting Family”
Although the initial appearance of the hotel looks very attractive i cant say much for the room we stayed in, 1. bed stains 2.damaged furniture with sharp edges, 3.carpet and chair stains, 4. the view from the window had dead plants and one of the plant pots had a dead bird in it and that was 2mtrs from our window. this hotel was much better managed when it was the bower hotel, certainly wont stay there again.
