Great hotel in a fantastic location ”
Really enjoyed my stay here. Free bikes to cycle around the neighbourhood and walking distance to Meiji Shrine, Shibuya and other places of interest. Breakfast is super good too.

Perfect location ”
Location is top! Great for shibuya, cat street etc. Very vibrant hotel with very busy lobby / bar ( Nice cocktails). Hotel is small enough to feel cosy & individual. There is a shop with snacks : used it to buy matcha lattes. We stayed in the loft suite so had plenty of space - smallish bathroom. Double bed and loft space bed (for adult son). Shampoo/soap/conditioner, no body lotion. Pyjamas supplied - didn't use them, prefer my own. Also too small for very tall son. Coffee/tea (no green tea -shame) and complimentary soft drinks in fridge. Front house staff very friendly & polite. Stayed over the weekend but no noise problems. Would definitely recommend...

Beautiful hip hotel at the heart of Sibuya”
Excellent location close to Sibuya train station, Cat street and heart of Omotesando. Staffs all spoke excellent English and are very helpful. A very popular cafe by day and hip bar by night at the bottom of the hotel. Trunk hotel is a very popular wedding venue for the local. Rooms are small but have everything to make a comfortable stay.

Hotel was very nice and looked new. Staff were nice and courteous and helpful. Price is a bit steep but service was worth it. Near also to shibuya crossing and all the shops.

This hotel is perfectly designed to crash after partying till 3am. I stayed for 3 nights during weekdays but drunk people were talking in the hallway at 4:30 am. The walls and the doors are not very sound proof. The guest room was stylish room but is tiny. There were only 2 hangers to hang my clothes and no place to put my luggage. No iron in the room. If you're a business traveler and need to rest before your morning meetings, this is not a hotel for that. Definitely not designed for multiple nights stay. I love the sneaker cleaner though. It was the best.

Brand new hotel in a well located and quaint area away from the noise and bustle but still close to the action. Amazing clean and new room with great facilities and amazing reception and bar area. Highly highly recommend this hotel.

the hotel is new, the staff are friendly and helpful and their English is good. However, the room is a bit disappointing. The Deluxe Single room is smaller than expected and the balcony is not that clean and comfortable to stay at. the washroom is tiny. For the view, you can just see the people working in the building next to the hotel, which is quite close to each other. We could see each other very clearly. Provided with such a price, a more quality room is expected. For the location, it is in the middle of Harajuku station and Shibuya station. It takes some time to walk to both stations, which is quite inconvenient especially on rainy days. One of the major characteristics of this hotel is socializing, there are different events held in the Trunk Bar regularly. Still, it is a good experience to stay in this hotel. if you do not intend to be involved in those socializing events, give it a second thought before you make the reservation.

It’s good for local people.wediding. Meeting spot. But for guest, no bath, facial soap.lotion. Usually that is basic. But not hear. Towel is little bit worn. The price high compare to similar concept hotel.

위치 너무 좋아요, 오모테산도 걸어서 왔다갔다,,산책하기좋구요 룸컨디션 말할것두 없어요 이번에도 가고싶었는데 풀부킹이라 예약을 못했네요,, 완전 추전합니다 다만,,가격이좀 비싸요
