A very clean, well run hotel with efficient and friendly staff - thanks to Mr Amanat. The Burjuman shopping centre 500 metres away offers shopping facilities. A large supermarket next to the hotel is very convenient to buy food. The Fahidi metro station is 200 meters away and give you access to the down town (Burj Khalifa) in few stations. The pool is particularly clean, with a very good quality water. The district of Bur Dubai is the old Dubaï, more authentical with the walk along the creek and through the souks (gold, spices, textile, perfume...).

We booked for one (1) bedroom and it is very spacious, clean and the ambince is clear. Most importantly they have friendly and accomodating staff. Location is near to both metro station either Al Fahidi which is 3 minutes away or Burjuman metro which is 5-7 minutes away from the hotel. However, this is 4* hotel apartment but their housekeeping items such us ironing board, iron, kettle and other stuff really not as per standard. Some are not working and the kettle there is rust inside. To sum up, not all perfect but we like and we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were neat & clean. Very friendly staff. They upgraded my room free of cost. If you request any thing the staff responds very quickly. Location is very good near to plenty of Indian restaurants. Very nice stay.

This is hotel apartments and they gave an entire 1BHK house with electric stove, fridge, washing machine and few vessels. Room is clean and well maintained. Every day house keepers will come for cleaning. They have swimming pool, gym, separate prayer hall for both male n female. Near by super market is just walkable. You can cook food in room itself if u don't like having outside restaurants. Really worth for money

First time in Dubai”
I came to Dubai as soon as I the pandemic allowed me to do so. With the help of my travel agency the hotel canceled my first booking after I requested it because I missed my flight. The hotel was very understanding even though their policy clearly state no refunds if we don't show up on the dates. The only thing that was a negative was that my hotel toilet was not flushing properly (granted I later experienced the same thing in other UAE hotels) but they had facility staff on deck ready to remedy the situation. I enjoyed my stay here . Walking distance to the Burjaman metro station.
