*Some info need to know:* 1. I booked via Agoda, got RM186 per night (last minute decision, price a bit high) for 2 adults and 1 children WITH breakfast and free parking. 2. Check in at 1340, smooth check in with the staff name Isaac, thanks Isaac! 3. Provided with card to touch inside the lift to go to the floor of your room. Note: The hotel is combine with residents of Vertical building (VE) - but with different wings. Honest comments: *Pros*: The room are good, spacious and clean! We choose DELUXE ROOM. We got view of SMK Seri Pantai, floor 12! There are iron with iron board, kettle, TV, small fridge, tea, nescafe, drinking water, peti besi brg berharga, laundry bag. The breakfast by The Straits Estate was awesome and delicious, I love Nasi Dagang! The swimming pool is cool! We were fortunate to get there with less people (around 0900 to 1000). Good WiFi coverage! They provide a password for guest. The designs are scandavian modern minimalist and has a lot of plugs! At night or if you hungry at anytime, other than The Straits Street, there is 7-E at the ground floor. Or you can use bridge (easy access, walk distance) to go to Connexion building, there are lots of restaurant..tealive, secret recipes, thai, amber, souled out restaurants..or else use Food Panda lah! *Cons*: Only the design for toilet is small and not really comfortable for obese people or elderly. For shower room, the water can easily splash out to outside and became wet at area of sink. Alternatively, we used small tower to swipe the water. It is not a big deal for me. But please be careful if you have children and elderly people. It is a wet floor then. No sajadah for Muslim people, you need to bring it by yourself or use small towel (also not a big deal, as Muslim we can pray at anywhere without sajadah since the floor is clean). And there is qiblat signage (thanks VE hotel!) Thanks VE, definitely will come again here for next short staycation at KL.

Nice place to stay and to have a short break”
The hotel is nice and clean, no sound disturbance and very nice place to be for a short break after hectic working days. The associate such as the door man ( Nepal ) were so nice with greetings non stop and never feel tired in opening and closing the glass door, The Cafe at the entrance was great with nice latte and design. The FO team such as Willian & Shaw ( If i am not mistaken ) was really good in doing all my Check In & Out with no delays. In the M3 Rest the team was so efficient and in service and clearing but they are only concentrating on doing so where there is no human touch, can be better and the food choices were good but can be better. Sincere Thanks to the HSK team headed by Exe Hsk Ms Mary, Mr Khairul F&B and his great team who were there making sure all guest are treated well. Will definitely be there again to spend more time & explore the spread of their culinary choices. Thanks

We had a one night getaway. Room was spacious with modern design. Bed was very comfy , pillows were comfy too.... We loved the bathroom design. Had clean towels, bathrobe, tooth brush & paste, all the bathing essentials. There was also a usb plugpoint on wall. We didn't bring our chargers but went to buy the cables. We called them to ask if they had usb points which they answered no. But when we got there, they had it! We had breakfast included, but right now there's no buffet served. Just plates of food. Don't be shy to ask for more if you want to. We definitely did! LOL! But they didn't seem too welcoming about ordering more, but they didn't say no either.. overall we had a good stay. Beautiful place. Across the street, there were lots of restaurants and food places. Good to eat.

The Executive 1 Bedroom was exactly like the photos. It comes with a kitchenette, washing machine, a fridge, a dining area, living area, a room and one bathroom. The room is spacious, clean and the service was amazing. My mother needed a wheelchair and I requested for a trolley for our luggage. The staff helped to bring her to the lobby while we unloaded our things. We didn't mind because they were very helpful already. We didn't book with breakfast since there's plenty of restaurants within the area. But there is room service for dine-in (room only as restaurant is closed during MCO). The only drawback was that the room was a no-smoking room, but when we checked in, the sofa had cigarette smell (probably from previous guests who did not read/follow the sign in the room). Housekeeping came to deodorize the room and it solved the issue. I would highly recommend this hotel for their hospitality, service, location (quiet from the city) and clean room!

A good getaway”
3 nights stay in the 2 bedroom apartment, it was the best experience so far! The unit was sparkling clean, complete utilities, comfy bed, outstanding furniture, and not to mention the tranquility we experienced throughout the stay. Noise cancellation was perfect, can't hear any noise from other units although high accommodation during peak season. Staff was friendly and attentive. Easy access to The Sphere by link bridge where you can dine in at some nice restaurants, getting groceries at Aeon MaxValu. Strategically located at the city. The only complaint is swimming pool water was too cold to swim. And the gym, few equipment was under maintenance, sauna was closed too. Minus these, happy with the stay 🙂

Great for sleepovers!”
Had a wonderful stay at VE Hotel & Residence. Stayed at the 2 Executive Bedroom Apartment, and it was ever so spacious. The bedrooms were all super clean, big, loved the bathrooms too. The living room was a hit for us as we all curled up on the sofa and watched Netflix together and played music. The windows in the living room were immaculate to take pictures with the perfect lighting. The only downside was check in could take up to 30 minutes (slow staff :/ ) and some of the amenities in the room had to call the reception to fix but they were swift to deal with our problems immediately. Would come again!

Splendid hotel”
I love everything about this hotel. It's new, it's modern, it's clean. The room was very nice. Fully equipped and functioning well. The iron was steamed iron. The shower cream and shampoo were in big containers stuck to the wall. Satisfied when taking the showers and smells nice too. The downside maybe it was during MCO period when only 6 kids can enter the pool at one time. So my kids can't use the pool at all coz the ones in it won't come out after 1 hour. I will probably repeat my stay after things are better with the pandemic.

Pros - Lots of utilities provided in the room (Exp: Ironing facilities, hair dryer) - Nice city view from room. - FOC parking fee. - Fabulous service attitude from front desk stuff - Lots of food selections around the hotel within walkable distance. - Valuable hotel price, especially for a 4-star hotel. Cons - Weird wardrobe design (Toilet and wardrobe share same door). - Water leak from shower area to wardrobe area every time after shower. - No anti-theft chain installed on hotel room, only rely on door lock, feels less secured especially at night. - Noisy aircon. - Average network speed. A Pity (Due to CMCO) - Not able to enjoy public facilities (Swimming Pool). - Walk-in room cleaning service each 2 days.

Great stay near UM. (very recommended)”
It’s quite hard to look for a good hotel to stay nearby UM. Nevertheless, I managed to find VE hotel which has four star ratings and greatly recommended by Agoda. Not only provides us with free parking, great facilities, and wonderful room service, the front desk are very dedicated to serve its guest with its best by making sure every demand made has been fulfilled by the Hotel. Kudos to the front desk and the room cleaner. Definitely will come here again!

The hotel lobby is big and nice. SOP is well observed. Connected to Nexus Mall which has many restaurants (but mostly open after 10 am). Room layout is modern and unconventional, creatively designed for space, Overall, the room is cozy with comfortable bed and adequate amenities (love the hair dryer - salon standard!!). Breakfast spread was limited but enough to fill (currently at 50% discount). The only complaint is the bathroom drainage system needs to be fixed as it gets flooded very quickly and water overflowed out.

The room is NICE!!!! It looks excellent and nice!! The shower room and toilet are separated! I love the modern concept, where by the wardrobe door is actually the toilet door too! (Sound confusing huh!? BUT it's really a nice concept!) The bed is HUGE and it's COMFORTABLE for a person to sleep on!!! Omg!!! I can roll from one end to the other end! Nice! The wifi is SUPERB!! FAST & FURIOUS!!! I could just stay in the room and do my work all day long!! The staff are excellent and friendly! I just love this hotel! It's only 5 min away from MID VALLEY!!!!!! Go, Go, Go!! A highly recommended HOTEL...!!!!

I stayed here since accompanying my wife for course. My room situated on the high floor for hotel level, the view was awesome as the room had a big glass frame as the outer wall, showing the whole kerinchi. The lift was superfast, and it rarely let you meet other people in the lift. The staff at the frontdesk, kitchen and the pool were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had only had 1 main menu available, semi buffet, but it was very delicious. Thumb up to the chef and The eggcounter was friendly and awesome. Location wise VE were very strategic, easy to move around kl with grab or public transport if you chose too. The parking was abundant as well. A great stay overall

I stay there twice this month one for 2 nights another recent one 4 nights. for me its value for money , with this price its hard to get a decent hotel like this. Location wise it was ok for me , 5 min using grab to Mid valley, relatively new hotel and modern decoration and lighting was good. shower water pressure is alright, with bathroom separated from toilet. Stuff are frenly, near by is mostly office , but also surrounded with many restaurant. soul out & brussel is just across the bridge. I totally enjoy my stay here although i will need to take grab to the places i wan to go but there is not a lot of ppl coming in n out from the hotel entrance therefore its quite easy to get in & out from the hotel.

We were amazed by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was definitely relaxing. Beds were huge and cozy. There were quite an amount of electric sockets in the room allowing us to charge our devices. We enjoyed our night at the poolside bar with a city view. Thumbs up to the facilities such as the pool, sauna, and spa. A pleasant stay! Will definitely revisit.

This is my 2nd visit! It is still as good as it always is! I had a Zoom business meeting at 12pm, I requested to allow me to check in first, as the meeting will be long! Guess what? The price is nice for a hotel that is so clean, modern, spacious and look luxurious. There are many nice, beautiful eating places and cafe just beside in The Sphere, or opposite in Nexus. There are also convenient store like Family Mart, MyNews around there too. Parking is also complimentary indoor parking for 1 car, so driving out to nearby mall and places is also a convenient.

The hotel has a big and nice lobby. SOP is well observed. Room layout is unconventional, quite creatively designed for better space. Overall the room is comfortable and has a good night view of Bangsar South. Housekeeping is limited but the maintenance and housekeeping staff came within 5 minutes upon call. The only complaint is the bathroom drainage system needs to be improved as the bathroom gets flooded very quickly and overflowed.

I have visited KL many times, and just found VE hotel, was unexpected that the affordable price can treat us so much good equal to 5 stars hotel. one night stand all alone night was awesome, the room is clean, the facilities are more than enough, the staffs have trained very well, friendly and explained all things in detail.
