From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. Ashleigh at the reception desk did our check in very efficiently and we were given an upgrade at no cost... A three bedroom apartment with balcony! It was a wonderful spacious apartment with amazing views. Everything worked perfect in the apartment , the beds were comfortable and after a very long flight, we had a good night's sleep. The apartment was cleaned daily, new clean towels and complimentary water bottles provided daily too. Breakfast was Super, the choices from the buffet was excellent. Another bonus is the swimming pool, the pool area is well looked after, great place to unwind. Well done to all staff at Valero Grand Suites, you made our stay there very special.

Great choice”
Stayed here for quarantine with my little kid. First impression at first night, clean and spacious, but I was disappointed about the shower head leaking, splashing out and flooding the bathroom. The following night I figured out how to fix the leak, so that made it all better. There was a strong smell of probably the cleaning agents they used in the bedroom that took 3 days to die down even after frequent spraying of air freshener. There were no pots and pans in the kitchen, but make sure to ask the housekeeping about whatever you think are missing and you need. They kindly and promptly provided - pots, pans, laddle, 5-gallon water bottle, dishwash soap, scrub, etc! All the staff are courteous and prompt. The food from the in-house cafe was also beyond expectations. My most favorite part though, was the INTERNET! I had to work remotely full-time during quarantine, I had a lot of remote sessions and sites open while my kid also watching on youtube, but I never had a frustrating moment.

Their staff workers are very helpful especially Camille. She made sure that my trip from the airport to the hotel is easy and safe . My room is nice and comfortable. The amount I paid for the hotel was so worth it! They have good AC unit, hot running water, bigger refrigerator than what I expected. Just make sure to let them know ahead of time if you will be needing a microwave oven in your room or not as it is not always available per room.. They have good menu options for the food though. I didn’t pay for it during booking so I will just order food if I want to. Other than that…. so far so good!

We spent 5 nights here for our quarantine stay. Me and my wife travelled all the way from US to spend our vacation in Manila. We communicated to Valero through “viber” for our requests and questions about the quarantine procedures and with regards to our stay in general. Their staffs are very helpful and prompt in answering my questions. I would like to mention and thank “KEVIN” who helped us in our entire stay. He made sure that our stay will be “comfortable” and memorable in every possible way. Cheers!

Good value for Quarantine Stay”
I stayed here for 10 days. You are allowed only one food delivery. Since my room had a kitchenette, I had groceries delivered and cooked my meals for the duration of my stay. I ordered their Pancit Bihon, and it was absolutely delicious, must recommend it. Also my room came with no microwave, I asked upon check in from the staff if I can request and they said yes. The next morning when I called house keeping, the lady I spoke to was talking to her supervisor and the supervisor was speaking in a rude tone that I can't get a microwave. I was just inquiring if I can get one. I found that situation to be the only issue during my stay. Otherwise, you have to ask house keeping for cooking utensils like a cutting board, cutting knife and pot. The room only had 2 coffee cups, 2 large plates and small plates and 2 of each cutlery. I brought my own frying pan from back home just in case the supplies ran short. Make sure you call housekeeping regarding that.

Highly recommended for staycation for families and friends”
The 3BR unit we rented was very spacious even though it was the cheapest deal in Agoda. Rooms were clean. The living and dining room were big enough for families and friends to converge. However, the sofa and dining table were really small (for a 3BR unit) and there were only 4 dining chairs. We had to ask for monoblock chairs. There was a fully functional kitchen and laundry area. The building was surrounded by restaurants, fast food and 24/7 convenience stores. Frontdesk staff were very helpful and polite. Will definitely come back.

Great Quarantine Time”
The place is clean and neat and sanitized. I have only one kidney so my diet have to be specific- I ate mostly fruits and veggies and no salt and they accommodated me. There is no microwave in my room but I have a stove. I heated my food using the stove and the pots and pans provided. Just ask for any help from the staff and they will do everything they can within reason to help you. This is my second stay in this hotel and I am not disappointed.

I arrived on Monday from the airport and so tired, I checked in and encounter an attitude lady in the front desk name Janna, don't like the way she talk and her guts. After dealing with front desk went straight away to my room. It’s fine and have some minor inconvenience which don't want to tell as I reported this to the front desk and I have Jen to help me and let me change room which is overall make my experience great! Best view and best room upgrade ever. Me and my friend enjoy the whole stay, oh the guards are beyond helpful and make my whole stay amazing, oh not to mention the resto guys are the nicest people. Big and clean place plus they made all transactions very easy”
I did my quarantine in this hotel and everything went smoothly. I booked the one-bedroom suite and I love that the room is spacious and clean. I also love the staff here because they made all transactions very easy for me (from airport transport up to the very last day of my quarantine). I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends back in Guam who want to travel to the Philippines during pandemic.

Perfect for Groups”
Was looking for a place that can accommodate a group of 6. We booked the two bedroom suite and was impressed. The check in and check out process was really quick. Unit was spacious and clean. Also, we didn’t expect to see 4 toilets inside. They also have a washing machine. Staff were absolutely nice and helpful. Would stay there again. Highly recommended. :)

Our entire stay here for the 10 days quarantine went so smoothly and hassle free. Every single staff that works there are very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean. Perfect location”
It's located right in a street punctuated with nice restaurants. It's also close to the Salcedo weekend market and to two parks where you can do your morning walk. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant to work with. During our stay, we always went home to a clean room. We love this place.

VERY GOOD HOTEL ”
I stayed at this hotel several times while I was in Manila. This means this hotel accommodated my needs for comfortable stays in the city. I find very few con factors about this hotel. I commuted to the Greenbelt (big shopping mall complex) on foot for food and shopping everyday and that's my daily exercise. I hope they will welcome me again when I stay there next time.

Ideal place to stay with value for money”
Went with a close friend. So nice how we're able to stay in without any hassle cause the usual necessities are there. Check in and out went smoothly as well. Each time a staff sees you, they greet you warmly. Overall, it was a good stay and I would reco this with other friends. Also, if you're one to love going out late afternoon to night time – or maybe brunch or lunch! whichever floats your boat – there are a LOT of walkable dining and drinking places!

The best stay ever”
The hotel staff are very nice and has the keenest eye for detail even when it is unspoken. They knew that it was our child’s birthday. They surprised her with a cake and a greeting card, making her feel like a VIP! The simple gesture was so precious. She now wants to go back with the rest of the family and wants to become a hotelier just like the awesome hotel staff who made her feel special.
