I cannot tell you how pleased I was with my visit in this Hotel!! The staff is over the top, the security is strong, and the extras in this hotel are overwhelming Buffett breakfast that’s delicious - pool - work out room - spa - two more restaurants - and the beds are very comfortable. A four and a half star hotel in my estimation at a three star price!!

I’ve stayed at this hotel for a total of three times now. I must say I did have an issue with a payment that could definitely affect my review, however I am a nice person and I will not mention someone’s mistake. The facility itself is really nice and the rooms we stayed in are always great. However I did notice some of the rooms need to be upgraded as they were not all the same every time we stayed. Amenities are great the pool is really nice and the breakfast is amazing. If you’re a Naga I would recommend this hotel.

Was surprised checking in at Villa Caceres. Rate was good with free buffet breakfast. Room was very clean and very nice. The ambience of the entire hotel is like. 4-5 star hotel. Furnishings looked antiques to me and classy. Overall, was so impressed with the hotel and services.

Was very impressed with all aspects of this hotel, from a speedy check in, all staff members we came in to contact with were polite and extremely helpful. The room exceeded our expectations, RJ’s Buffet was excellent as was the Bistro Bar that also has entertainment. Within easy walking distance of the hotel are numerous other bars and restaurants. Water pressure was good, and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate, with egg bar. Bedroom carpet was worn and will soon require replacing is the only mildly negative comment I would make!

Facilities were fine, not perfect but fine. And the staff were great in compensating those imperfections with amazing service!!! Kudos to mam Babes and her team. From the security guard, receptionist, housekeeper, restaurant waiter, pool and spa personnel and maintenance guy. All of them were very welcoming and accommodating. They should . They deserve to be rewarded. Have been a returning customer and personal endorser of this hotel to my friends and colleagues for years. Will definitely come back soon.

We stayed in family suite, the room was humongous. The facility/room are sparkling clean. Staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Location is near in all amnities. Best hotel in Bicolandia...Highly recommended. We will come again.

The location is great and walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. Breakfast buffet is excellent and rooms are kept clean. Decor is a bit dated, but matches the "theme" of the lobby and receiving area. The staff makes you feel at home and are very accommodating. The adjacent hair salon is has a great bunch of people and the in room spa services deserve 5 stars. Wifi access in the rooms can be a bit spotty and beware of holiday parties during the holiday season. the party atmosphere can attract inconsiderate guests and the staff tries thier best to mediate.

This is late review since I stayed at Villa Caceres before the pandemic. Facilities were great, i went to the gym and sauna -- clean facilities and well maintained. I also like the variety of selections for breakfast. Highly recommended!

What i like in this hotel is the food, amenities and its location which is why i always stay here whenever i am in bicol. It never fails to amaze my family as we always enjoy the freshly cooked food and superb amenities like the pool and gym.

Long time ago I stayed in this hotel and it's just an ordinary hotel so I'm not booking on this hotel anymore. But this time since I can't find the hotel available on my date of arrival, I booked with Villa Caceres Hotel and I was overwhelmed with the transformation it got. Great location. Accessible to good restaurants including Rolando's inside the hotel. Walking distance to Jesse Robredo Museum. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet. Lots of food choices. Servers are very attentive. Hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. Always ready to assist. Altho the hotel shows its age, it is still clean and comfortable. Toiletries, water and coffee are replenished everyday. Towels can be replaced upon request. We had an enjoyable 4 nights stay in Villa Caceres Hotel which contributed to our overall enjoyment in Naga.

A little pricey but worth it!”
Likes: - very friendly, accommodating, and professional staff - nice atmosphere, clean, no issues with amenities such as shower, AC, TV. - included breakfast BUFFET was a big plus! Good selection of choices and delighted by the quality and taste! - included use of gym and pool another plus! They're not huge, but both are well maintained and equipped. If you go at the right time of day, you can have the whole place to yourself! Dislikes: - parking could be better (you'll need to be lucky to park right at the front or side of the hotel, otherwise you'll need to go round to their back parking area, which is a few minutes walk and might be sketchy at night) - the room above had might have had kids - we could hear audible bangs that woke us from our sleep several times - we got the 90-minutes massages for couples. One of the masseuses did okay. The other was not as good and she kept moving away to cough, which was concerning but the staff reassured me they were all fully vaccinated. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend the massage for these reasons. Overall: If your budget will allow it, this is definitely a hotel I'd recommend! I came here with my wife and we both loved it and were impressed by the amenities, friendly service, and room that we got.

Great Staycation”
Good location, near a lots of restaurants. Amenities great. Tried their SPA services and it's good. It even has discount (also to other services and food). Hassle-free for the free airport transfer. The only thing we didn't want was the shower in the bathroom. It's broken. Imaging taking a bath using just the faucet. But overall, our stay was good.

This is a very good venue to spend sometime with family while on travel. Staff are very hospitable. The only comment probably will be on the variety of food served during breakfast which are not much of choice.
