the room is spacious with all necessary equipment to cook, with the nice elements to enjoy yourselves (indoor Jacuzzi Bath & outside Terrace - where you can enjoy BBQ) & a wonderful sea view to enjoy sunset. The breakfast is copious & different each day. Our guests took very good care of us ;-) There is even a small CU nearby with a handy ATM (300k KRW max though)

This places is owned and run by young couple who seem to be efficient, considerate, disciplined. As soon as booking was confirmed, they send you separate message and instruction via WhatsApp including short guide for the Namhae island. The view from the room was fantastic and we had a great stay. Everything was perfect including electrically warmed toilet! Strongly recommended.

Whales Dream Pension: we will be back”

A wonderful little pension with friendly hosts in a perfect location to explore Namhae. The room comes with a balcony with a splendid view over the bay. We had breakfast (offered by the pension) and dinner on the balcony every day during our stay. The room is clean and spacious, the breakfast was very good and the hosts were very nice and responsive to our requests. We will definitely stay at the Whales Dream Pension on our next visit to Namhae.

Family spring break get-away”

We had such a lovely time at Whales Dream Pension! The host couple did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, including recommending places to eat, having breakfast waiting in our fridge, and having a bag of departure snacks waiting for us when we left. The pictures are accurate. The view is beautiful. It is definitely out in the middle of nowhere with not many places to eat outside of seafood options (which we are not huge fans of), so you may want to arrange to use the BBQ (as we did).

Excellent views and location”

The room was excellent, very clean and with a lot of amenities. The sunset view from the terrace in the room was amazing! Everything there invites you to relax. The breakfast is one of the best I have in Korea, Jieun even gave a snack for my travel back. Jieun was an incredible host and sure I’d repeat.

Great stay by the seaside”

Stayed for 1 night just to get away from the city and it was great! Contactless check in, everything was clean and the just received message which had all the instructions. Yes I would definitely stay again!

My boyfriend and I went to namhae for two days, the room here is really cozy and pretty! We don't have car, so Jieun(the ower) drove us to the village to visit on our first day, she is very helpful and speaks good English. Highly recommend!

The host couple are very friendly and lovely, although the place was not optimised for young toddler, we hope we didn’t disturb the other travellers. The host were more than helpful to help us settle down. Due to unplanned circumstances, we rely solely on public transport, which is not ideal, the host sometimes offer us a ride or packed food from elsewhere. Nice view from bath tub and balcony, really value for money!

Wonderful Stay at Whale's Dream”

My husband and I stayed at Whale's Dream for 2 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. The manager of the Villa, Jieun-ssi was very warm and friendly but was also very respectful of our privacy. The room was very clean and the facilities were great. Immediate warm water was always available, a decent hairdryer and good working air conditioning and heating. The pension itself is located very close to Daraengi village. One thing I partciularly appreciated was that Hieun was easily contactable on Line and seems to always be happy to help :) Thanks for the stay and I wish you all the best Jieun-ssi!

We stayed at the deluxe room with ocean view and the room was fantastic! The room and toilet were spacious and clean with utensils provided for us to cook as well. Breakfast was simple affair with toasts and cereals provided. It was a pity that it was foggy for all 3 days when we were there and we were unable to enjoy the view that our room could have offered. It was difficult to travel around here as there's not much public transport but the owner kindly helped to arrange full day taxi tour for us. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Very well located in a small village in Namhae, we enjoyed the beautiful view to the see from our room on the 1st floor. In Whales dream, the service is nice, the host is very welcoming and serves you well. For our next trip in Namhae, I'd like to book again and I'll recommend this Whales dream to my firends also.

House owner provide many kinds of travel information about the location. I am sure I'll be back during autumn/summer time again. ”

The location is quite far away from the town about 45 mins travelling time by taking public bus. And the bus schedule is not so frequent only every 1 -1.5 hour and after 16:00 the last one is around 20:15. It's better to rent a private car during yr stay. Another alternative is by taxi only take around 25 mins. It is a very nice place and worth to go during spring or autumn I think.
