Good place to stay when you seek for calmness”

Good price, staff attitude, proximity to beach
Far from town center, no PCs for internet, no pool, no massage or sauna

our visit to hoi an city took place during rainy days that's why i can't tell much about beach amenities. hotel itself represents a huge building with tall ceilings and somehow leaves impression of an industrial building which seems a little spooky during nighttime. in the description they say that this is "a recently built property", well to me it seemed built long time ago, but recently moved in, as hotel didn't seem very fresh, however rooms and hotel were clean. if i got it right, hotel doesn't have it's own private beach, but the good thing is - another hotel is being built right in front of it (at the seaside), which means they will improve access to the beach and will fresh up overall area. i enjoyed lovely attitude of hotel staff, lady in the reception even offered her private laptop for us to have access to the internet. as it was raining all the time, i wanted to have sauna or massage, but the hotel did not have any of those. also a good thing is, that nobody in range of 2km around the hotel will ask you to "buy something". you can sleep how much you want, because you won't be disturbed by sounds of motorcycles. getting to this hotel from airport or railroad station of da nang isn't a problem as hotel price includes tranfers. this should be considered a place to stay if you are not willing to pay extra and wish to have a beach nearby at the same time. but bear in mind, that the distance to the town center is approximately 8km

          Great staff very helpful

Staff was great. They need to fine tune a few things (towels in room) very minor issues as they are new. Is off the beaten path from Hoi An so renting a scooter is best bet. Taxi driveres in area will try and rip you off first chance they get - so be careful. It is nice and quit!

          Nothing like the site suggests”

The hotel does not have any
It is far too far away from anything as well

This hotel does not have a private beach. Where there was a beach there is now a huge building site. The taxi drivers had no idea where it could be found. It was very very stark and under furnished in the main reception places. Rooms were clean but again lacking in any ambience. Bath room was to say the very least basic. Just a toilet wash hand basin and a shower head. Two couples whilst we were there drove up and left without staying, even though they had both paid for three nights. We stayed only because we had paid. The staff however were very pleasant. The manager asked us to say what he could do to make the place more acceptable so that people didn't walk in and then leave immediately. To go to the beach was £3 return in the taxi, which does not sound mych but twice a day it soon adds up over a week. Having got to the beach it was lovely to walk up and down and eat lunch and have drinks. The fridge in the room was not turned on and only had two small bottles of water which they charged for and at a hiked up price. Breakfast was ok ish but could have been improved on quite easily with a decent cup of coffee!! Yes there is an ocean view but you have to be quite high up to see it because of the building site. They did offer free bikes but we felt that at our age we would not risk it. They do not have a restaurant so you need to go out to the main beach for all your meals.

          None

I think the other reviews confuse this hotel with another hotel, which is much nicer. This is Cua Dai Beach hotel and it's totally out of the way, hugely overpriced and not worth the money at all. Do not stay here; there are nice and cheaper guesthouses.

          Nothing

We booked 7 nights, stayed none.. It takes a while to get there from the city with a cost of about 100.000 VDN for each taxi ride. It's right on the beach, behind a construction site, you might see the ocean peep out behind this grey giant if you get a room with a good view. The rooms are as far from cozy as you can get, and the bathroom doesn't have a shower or a tub but only a shower head right in between the toilet and the sink. The fan in the ceiling was covered with dust as it had never been used before and the building looked quite torn even though it was supposedly built in 2009. This hotel gives more a feel of being in a horror movie that takes place in an old abandond asylum than a hotel. And turns out they have a policy of not giving refunds even if you didn't stay any nights, so it's not easy getting your money back. And expect to be lonley since there are most likely no other guests in this quite large hotel.

          Cheap

The hotel is near nothing! Yes they give u bikes but it is still at least 2km to anything. The "ocean view" room affords u a slight glimpse of the beach through construction! The rooms smelt like a mixture of stale cigarettes and mould. There was literally nothing else to entertain you at the hotel. Breakfast was toasted rolls with jam. We were booked for 6 nights but thanks to Agodas speedy help we were refunded and only had to spend one night. Ps the shower is right next to (if not on top) of the toilet. Ww never showered there though waiting for our next much nicer hotel

this hotel is not suitable for anyone. the humidity in the room was 100 %, not ment for human beings. we had paid ocean view, but you could see only dusty road and big hotel construction. also the hotel informed having own beach, but when we asked they said the nearest beach is 3 kilometers from hotel.

Isolated location, we were the only guests”

          Very friendly staff

Arrived at 10.30pm to locked gates - finally woke the staff to allow us entry. Room very institutional, the echoes were quite annoying. Very far from anything - no market type stalls, cafes or other items of interest in the near proximity. You need to take a taxi to get to anything of interest and building site opposite blocks view of the sea. We booked 2 nights, stayed only one.

hotel étonnant qui nous a conquis .”

chambres tres spacieuses ,excellents lits ,propreté impeccable, service adorable, tres economique.
