Old, authentic ryokan with tasteful furnishings and lots of pretty, antique decorations. The spacious dining room is facing towards a gorgeous Japanese garden. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.
The river side of the ryokan is really pretty but we were late so we could only get a room facing the road which had not a very nice view and was a bit noisy. Service could have been a bit friendlier.

The building is very nice. It is an old Ryokan with long history and nice antiques. the room as really big and confortable. I loved the hot bath. the traditional Breakfast was good.

As mentioned on their website, this is an old ryokan, but it is very well maintained. The staff is very nice and helpful even though they don&#39;t speak a lot of English. The ryokan is very well situated within walking distance to restaurants and izakaya. The room we had was larger than we expected and very quiet, offering a good night&#39;s sleep. We had a nice local breakfast, which was different from one morning to the other.
There is no sink in the bedroom, which means we had to brush our teeth in the common bathroom. As there are not many rooms in the ryokan, we hardly met any other guests during our two nights stay.

歴史ある建屋に宿泊できてたいへん良かったです。お庭を見ながらの朝食も快適で、宿の方はコミュニケーションを大切にされている様子が伝わりました。温泉は林檎を浮かべた林檎湯になっていて青森らしさを満喫させていただきました。お手洗いなどはリノベーション済みで困ることはありませんし、新型コロナウイルス対策もされていて安心です。 宿の周辺に食堂や古寺、町並みを見渡せる公園などがあり、それらの散策も素敵な滞在になりました。

歴史的建造物がキレイに保たれていて、趣が感じられた。 蔵を改装したという御食事処の雰囲気がとても良かった。 使い捨てスリッパを希望したら直ぐに対処してくれた。
ご飯を食べ終わってから鍋が煮上がったので、もっと早く煮えて欲しかった。 お風呂場でスリッパを脱ぐゾーンを明確にしてほしい。

歴史ある佇まいで日々の忙しさを忘れさせてくれる位にのんびりできました。 平日ということもあり我ら貸し切り状態でしたのでお風呂の時間や食事中も気兼ねなく過ごすことが出来ました。

「旅の恥」を体験したけど、また行きたい。（真冬を除く）”

旅館と併設のレストランも含め、建物・部屋の雰囲気は申し分なし。文化財に指定されているだけのことはあります。暖かい時期なら川面に映る街灯りを眺めながら部屋飲みしたい！温泉のお風呂も設備・雰囲気は普通の旅館程度でしたが、いい感じのお湯加減で温まりました。もろもろの点から評価は厳しくつけてしまいましたが、とても魅力的な宿です！
あまり従業員を雇える状況にないのか、調度品やテレビにかかるほこりが気になりました。対応している方もご主人一人？の印象。なのに自分が事前にメールで送った到着時間などはご主人はご存知なかった様子。返信したのは誰？ そして、真冬は寒い。部屋の暖房は良かったのですが、お風呂の脱衣所は危険なレベル。そして極めつけは…古い旅館なので各部屋にトイレがない使用なのですが、泊まった２階のトイレへの水道管が凍っていたようで…流せない！自分の前に使用した方がタンクの水を使い切ってしまったようで、ウンさんを残したまま帰ってきました。恥ずかしながらもご主人に告げると「ああ、このあとお客入ってないんで」と事もなげに言ってました。おおらか…これをマイナスと取るか、面白い旅の思い出ととるかは人それぞれでしょうね。

由緒ある建物で、歴史好きの方であればワクワクできます。 例の自粛が解除される直前に予約したためか、通常の相場より相当安価に泊まることができ、お得でした。 （当時だけかもしれませんが）別々のお客さんを連続して同じ部屋に泊めないようにしているとのことで、非常に気を使われている印象でした。 温泉もゆっくりできてよかったです。
由緒ある建物だけに設備は良くも悪くも時代がかっており、そういうのが苦手な方は気になるかも。例えば階段がものすごく急だったり。ただし、清潔感は全く問題ありません
