The hotel was in a good location near the historic center. The AC broke down when I arrived and did not work the first night. They were nice enough to provide a fan which helped a lot. AC was fixed the next day.

Good location and friendly staff. Rooms are pretty small and air con almost doesn’t work. So be ready for the sauna. Breakfast is a nice option if you will get to the restaurant very early. Otherwise there is not fresh food and only leftovers

There were multiple errors for our entire stay - dirt, air conditioner, no power, etc. The staff did NOTHING to fix any of our issues, nor even apologized!

Great location to visit Napoli with helpful and friendly staff”
This was our serving visit to this hotel and it was even better than we remembered. It's a great location to explore Naples, a short taxi ride to and from the airport (fixed price if you all for it, 22.50 euros). 5 minutes walk into the historic centre of Naples, an easy stroll to the harbour and lots of great places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is clean with good clean rooms, great showers, comfy beds... Everything you need. The staff are super helpful too and speak great English. They can arrange taxi, help you with getting around Napoli, recommend places and generally make for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is ok, bread, meet, cheese, fruit, cake, cereal and coffee. Next time we stay in Naples, I see no reason why we wouldn't be back here.

We liked everything about our room: clean, spacious, sound proof, comfortable beds. Check in was quick, very helpful and pleasant staff at reception. Received really useful recommendations for places to eat, as well as directions to main sightseeing (incl map of Naples). Good choice for breakfast. Location is within walking distance to all historical sightseeing , and port within walking distance.

While not exactly in the middle of the historical centre the hotel is well placed. Breakfast is good and rooms are large enough and quite up to date. Have no idea why they have a sushi restaurant

I stayed only one night at this property. The hotel was very nice and clean inside and the staff members were kind. The room was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was nice, too. I asked for advice about how to get to Amalfi, but they weren't really very helpful in giving me advice. I thought it might be a common question, but apparently it was not. Since I was only at this property one night, I didn't explore the neighborhood very well, but I found it difficult to find nice restaurants nearby for choices for lunch and dinner. There were small cafés along the main road, but few restaurants. I ended up having only a sandwich for dinner. The front desk staff had recommended an area to explore for dinner, but it seemed quite a long walk, so I did not venture that far. I mostly explored the area between the train station and this hotel (which is about a 30 minute walk from the station, by the way). The buildings along the streets were covered in graffiti, as well as the alley you have to go down to enter the hotel. Having arrived after only seeing Venice and Florence, I was quite shocked by the amount of graffiti everywhere.

Very small room, but otherwise good facilities. Clean and neat. Breakfast facilities weren’t large enough for the number of guests - had to wait to be seated, and food quality wasn’t amazing. But otherwise served it’s purpose well as a stopover.

The hotel is small, cute, clean. Located in a very central location to all parts of Napoli. We walked everywhere from there and it's excellent. It is not located on a very noisy street, and also has a soundproof window, so it was very quiet in the room. The rooms are clean, and for any request, there is a willingness to help on the part of the hotel staff. On the last day we had to leave for the airport at 3:45 and the staff prepared us a rich take-away breakfast. Definitely recommended.
