Great host and cozy place to stay”
I will highly reccomend this host and the apartment was cozy and comfortable. The only thing i dont like is the parking is far and the location is not easy to find. Apart from it i love the place and the service i give 9 out of 10.

Very convenient”
My stay at Nest Home has been pleasant. The unit is convenient because extremely near to the Paradigm Mall. The facilities are great. 1 area that can be improved on is cleanliness. There is dust on the ceiling fans which is not good for people with asthma. I have informed the staff but I guess the cleaning can only be done upon check out. So my babies had coughs throughout our stay in the unit. I hope the staff can take considerably more seriously and urgently when it comes to cleanliness matters of the unit.

Pleasant stay”
I extend my stay at this unit because it's very convenient. Near to the mall, great facilities, everything is good. But I noticed the unit is not good with soundproofing. I could hear my babies crying from the lift though the unit is located at the far corner. Also, upon check-in, I had trouble entering the unit because of confusion on the lock keys. I hope they can improve the document instruction. Otherwise, it has been a pleasant stay. Staff replies promptly to any questions you have.

Lousy staff”
The overall stay was good, the apartment is nice. Only one of this staff i have problem with. My daughter picked up the key from the locker amd the key was already broken and my daughter snap a photo of the key and posted it to the malay staff. When my daughter was on line with him, my daughter drop the key and a foul language was uttered, he took that as an offense and he started not so good conversation, so my daughter ignored that. I deposited rm150 through on line, remember that the key was already broken and my daughter did snap the photo. After checking out, i asked when are they going to reimburse my deposit. This guy said asap. I said when is asap and asked him if there was anything missing or broken. He said the key was broken. I didn't know then it was broken but when my daughter told me that it was already broken when she picked it up and did snap the photo, i was mad. I told the fellow that it was broken when my daughter took it but he reimbursed only rm100 and kept the rm50. It is not about rm50 if this was my doing but Im honest that the key was already broken. When i told him I'm going to report this to Agoda, he said go on and report that... What a lousy staff.

This is a very bad experience，while I key in paradigm mall while I stay at JB and then jump this suite，after book and payment，got the address and what’s app customer service ，just chat how to get the key，after I arrive at paradigm mall and found out it is in KL not in JB，owner refused refund，very disappointed

Above average”
Location was good, but the aircon broke in the smaller room and they were unable to fix it. The staff said that they would issue a refund but they have been evasive and unresponsive. There were also food stains on the floor and in the fridge
