This is my second time staying at this hotel, and overall, I really enjoyed both visits. The location is very convenient — there are plenty of eateries nearby including Malay and halal restaurants, and even KFC is just next door. It's also easy to find clinics and pharmacies around the area, which makes the location even better. However, I was quite disappointed that during both of my stays, I encountered the same issue — the toilet had a strong unpleasant smell. I reported this to the front desk during my first visit, but unfortunately, the same problem happened again on my second stay. I hope the hotel management will seriously look into this matter and take necessary action, as it affects the overall comfort of an otherwise pleasant stay.
I stayed in a King Suite with a bathtub. Room was great and comfortable but there was a musty smell in bathroom that I could not get rid of. I am also satisfied with the breakfast. There was a good variety and the location: it's in the middle of everything. Need groceries? Lotus. Need fast food? KFC. Right in front of the hotel. Need a hospital? Next door. Overall, it was great for value.

For anyone who is travelling either for holiday or business, please consider this hotel, it is not that far from the industrial area in pasir gudang! Easy access to various food courts, like the famous one, the J, and also Uwan Bongek, like very very closed! Went here for 3 days, due to work purposes in pasir gudang, and really really enjoy and satisfied with the services, cleanliness, and foods! Foods were great and variety of choices! Getting here also very easy peasy, just few mnutes after exit PLUS highway. Will definitely return back here whenever having work in pasir gudang. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED hotel with affordable prices!! Staff at concierge were friendly and very helpful!!
