Can't say anything negative with our stay. From the tricycle, they were there to get our bags and bring it inside the hotel. Checking-in was also a breeze, plus the welcome drink was SO REFRESHING! Room was really clean and complete with body and facial towels, toiletries and complimentary water and instant coffee as well. Beds and pillows were comfortable enough to get you a good night sleep. The location of the hotel is close to convenience store, drug store, pasalubong center, and Dipolog boulevard. We'd definitely choose D'Hotel+Suites when we go back to Dipolog. :)

Holiday Stay in Dipolog ”
I highly recommend to stay in D'Hotel if you ever come to Dipolog City. The staffs (esp. Ms. Jula) are very helpful and attentive to all the guest's needs n request. Very clean. The security guards were always there not only tomake sure your stay are safe, they always opened doors w smile n never missed to greet you respectfully. I will definitely come back.

One of the best hotels in Dipolog”
D’Hotel was a most pleasurable place to stay. My room was large and clean. Staff always excellent. Breakfast excellent it is a menu choice not a buffet. The hotel has 3 good quality restaurants, one being just across the road. The location is great. It is a short walk to the Boulevard, a must see for sunset and the evening. Hotel airport transfer is good and there are plenty of moto cabs (tricycles) for trips across town. The room I originally booked does not have a view but the hotel kindly upgraded me to a junior suite with a nice city view. I will very happily stay here again!

Hotel, dining and staff were all excellent. One whole wall of our room was a window wall overlooking the streets which was a very nice touch. The hotel has a downtown location which made travel and shopping easier

Everything was excellent except the emergency light”
Front desk was excellent - friendly. Bfast room service was excellent - no charge Need to mention the towels - smells very good Bfast - plated and taste good Issue - Emergency light on 202 was defective on our first day. It was blinking and was distracting. Called housekeeping thrice for them to solve by temporarily covering it. Resolved the next day. Thanks. But please double check your fixtures before accepting guests.
