Agoda, please listen to the complaint - the staff whines that you do not inform of any coming reservation, catching them by surprise. The staff said she is requesting to discontinue the house' link with Agoda . . .

Location is great!”
The pension house is located in the commercial area of the island. It is 15 kilometers away from General Luna - the surfing venue of the island, but there is public transport available, Asian mode. Do not expect much from the staff and the amenities. However, if you need or ask something, the staff is willing to try to give in to your request.

Totally forgettable”
But I mean that in a positive way. "Forgettable" is what you want in a stopover hotel. WiFi worked in the lobby. AC worked in the room. Might be the first place I've ever stayed in the Philippines with no ants. I'd stay here again when passing through on my way to the ferry.

You deserve better”
How would you feel about the staff venting to you about their problems with agoda as soon as you arrive regardless of how feel? Well they don't care if you needed to settle down. They just have to vent that agoda is not paying and/or responding to them and so they are worried to accept me and my colleagues this week given that we have agoda bookings. There were at least 5 of us and we booked 1 room each. They we're having a ruckus having to assign rooms and not getting cash immediately. After realizing they would not win this battle, they succumb to giving us rooms for the week. Caveat 1) Water issues 2) Poor customer relation skills 3) They could consider giving toiletrees as gratuitous 4) They could improve cleanliness of dining area and kitchen 5) They should remember that if you are booked more than a day, you paid for each day to have basic room cleaning... I could go on but my first written review was rejected because it exceeded the 2000-word limit here...

hotel that has the bases covered, especially handy to catch the boat from Dapa to Surigao City. AC, tv, bucket flush toilet BUT this trip I was surprised to enjoy a hot shower.
