Amazing Modern Hotel With Luxe Decor”
We loved this hotel! The room is beautiful and has high end furniture and design. The shower and toilet uses good quality German brands and everything was well thought of! The toiletries came in eco-fiber packaging and bamboo products, they really cut down on waste and stick to their sustainable goals. They even had a cool lock for the door, nice bath robes and weighing scale in the room. The bed was of course super comfortable too. The only thing was there was no more buffet breakfast, maybe because of COVID, they said there weren't enough people... There were some tour buses checking in to the hotel though so not entirely sure if that's just an excuse.

We could not have been more pleased with our brief stay at Ha Long. We were in need of assistance on a botched air flight and transport to get to Cat Ba. Danny, the GM a the hotel, was there to rescue the day for us, spending well over an hour of his day to help us get the airline settled and also to get the transport for us arranged. He was still working on the airline issue even after we left the hotel. Top notch place to stay with beautiful accommodations. But the service topped everything. Definitely a must-stay at place.

I had one great night staying in this hotel. Can't believe it's just 3 ⭐⭐⭐. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Staff are all friendly and the room is squeaky clean and nice design. Would come back when I have another time to go to Halong.

Lovely front reception and breakfast staff. They all spoke English and supported us well in all requests. Location was convenient for everything on our itinerary. Hanoi Brillant is one of the better hotels in the Old Quarter. We had a great stay in Hanoi.

Seaview king room has reallt lovely view. Room is super tidy and well decorated. Walking distance to necessities: wet market, seafood restaurants, entertainments, money exchanger. The front end staff are really friendly. Just be prepared that English is not commonly spoken here.

This is a very beautiful hotel and has the most comfortable beds in Vietnam. The rooms are very clean and modern. We needed to upgrade as our view was the top of another hotel and all their tanks so we asked for a better view and paid more, but it was worth it. Not much in town so I wouldn’t stay in Halong again. The pool was closed and you had to order your breakfast as there was not buffet either. The staff were amazing as well as the manager who helped us move into a new room

Hotel was very nice.Beautiful hotels everywhere with new construction everywhere.Halong city although is a ghost town. Breakfast was lacking with buffet being served if enough rooms are booked.very clean either great bathroom,hot water,and good pressure.all in all a very good stay
