I DID NOT GET MY ROOM!!!! THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE NOY INFORMED BY AGODA. ”

They said my name is not in their system. I drove all 400km plus from Trg to Sungai Petani and when I was an hour away from the homestay, I rang them up to ask for loc..and it was then they told me they got no notice of my booking. I received emails from Agoda saying my booking has been confirmed and payment were to be made at the property itself. I got myself another homestay.
