Check-in was slow because staff couldn’t find my booking despite me making the booking more than a mth ago. But staff was friendly so it’s okay. Room was okay, but there was a “electricity sound” constantly. Even when you are sleeping. Other than that, everything is ok.

i was sooo disappointed with the provided wifi bc there hv little to no coverage and even my telco line hv no service at all inside the room so idk what to do instead of sleeping all day. isnt ridiculous. and when i were to check out, one of yr on duty staff was playing games on mobile! and letting me waiting for him in front of the counter! inwa standing like 3-5 mins then only he took the deposit invoice and return the money. he doesnt even say anything at all! i do understand that playing game wl make u so into it but come on, it was during yr working hour. other than that, everything was fine. thank you.

Just bed.. nothing in provided.. no water and even soap for wash hand.. just 1 all in 1 body shampoo.. thats all.. dont get fooled by the price of the pic, i end up with top up cash for upgrade to get another empty room..

Bad!”

Bad facilities without any shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. Dirty bed sheet and pillow case with dust and hairs on it. The bed full with footprint. A very bad smell like shit on 7.00am make we can’t sleep and direct check out on 7 morning.

has a good location, not far away from sunway pyramid and sunway lagoon. However, the hotel has poor hygiene. toilet is dirty, there even are feces stains on the toilet bowl. Broken security door lock, water leaking from air conditioner. complained to the receptionist
