One of the best place to stay in Kuala Lipis”
i have to say that there were not many hotels to be compared to in kuala lipis, but this is the best i've been to so far. the location is at the center of kuala lipis, easy to find and the workers are quite friendly. i have to say that agoda didnt provide contact number for this hotel, so it was quite frustrated to get hold of them. i was coming late, so i need to call them to inform that i was running late which was 1am in the morning. thankfully i found their number somewhere in the www...so i'm able to tell them that i was coming in late. since i was just staying for a night, not much to say about the location, but the room was okey and affordable for a one night stay. the breakfast was lovely, malay cuisine. if i have another business trip in kuala lipis, i'll definitely choose the same hotel.

Acceptable”
If you are not familiar with the Kuala Lipis town you might have no choice but to have to book through Agoda which have very limited choices of hotel including this one. Unfortunately, the bathroom and aircond was really disappointing. Was going to switch to the next room but the condition was worse too. The staff was helpful. There are plenty of other new small hotel around Bandar Baru Kuala Lipis. You can search around while you are there.

not recommended at all”
my first impressions from outside the building already make me frustrating. the hotel look like haunted building. when i get my room, it's soo bad. the toilet was very dirty. nothing been provided except 2 bath towel that soo dirty also until we need to buy new towels, 2 small packets of shampoo and soap. there s no aircond controller in the room. water heater does not working especially at the morning. its hard for me that came with 2years old son as no electric kettle provided to heat the water. its not worth at all with the price that i paid for one night here. i've been in several budget hotel that price below 100 but i dont have any complaints as i feel it more worth than this hotel. i will never stay at this hotel ever again if come to Kuala Lipis next time.

Poor service, facilities & maintenance”
1) Arrived to checked in, one of the staff said that I have to change to another deluxe room since the room that I have already booked (suite room) was occupied by customer yesterday who want to stay more longer. I understand they have refunded the money but the rules is always right to customer who already paid for the room. For the customer who want to stay longer, they should move to another room. Yes. The suite room has only one room??? 2) The lifts hotel need to do the maintenance to avoid any circumstances.. 3) This is my first time came in Kuala Lipis town. I feel frustrated! Sorry!

Hotel need to refurbished”
This hotel need a lots to be revamped or refurbished as the hotel room hallway stink and the carpet very old and moldy,moreover only one lift is in working order but still feel unsafe.but one good thing i can say about this hotel is it does not gives you any creepy feeling as i could sleep soundly . abd its bear to the town centre and hospital .

not so good. the water a bit dirty with brown color. no shower gel or soap provided in the bathroom. there is no kettle in the room to boil water. as i come with my family it's difficult to me to make a milk to my baby.

The hotel is fairly run down and needs a renovation on the common areas and the rooms. TV has only a single channel: HBO. Better like that particular one The breakfast was not bad though.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY”
Not good.The hotel condition is not maintained. The wall is thorn down. The carpet is smelly. The corridor is like an abandoned building in horror movie set. I got my first room and the CARPET WAS WET!! So I went and ask to change room. Luckily the staff os very helpful. The second room's carpet is dry.. But it is still smells. I couldnt stand it and decide to leave the hotel in the middle of night and find another hotel. Luckily found one nearby, smaller room but it is clean and well maintained. Not worth it, even for one night stay.

1. it was late check in as we were driving from kl after office hour. the location is not by the main road. called hotel and they directed that the hotel is next to hospital., which is not! 2. we were given rooms at level 3. lift was not operated. not sure why. need to climb the stairs (using the loading bay stairs) 3. rooms - was given 1 room instead we have paid for 2 rooms. no towels were given. no telephone as we need to call for room service - praying mat, kettle, towels. we need to search for the hotel's number to call for the items. cleanliness - poor.

The hotel was so seasoned I thought I entered twilight zone. The wallpaper has watermark all over, the carpet smelly, and there was only Thai TV channel offered ( Thailand hundred od miles away).
