small room. nearby shopping complex. ”
the room is small for a family even it is deluxe room. no iron provided in the room but it is provided outside the room (to be shared). no kettle for hot water but they provide water dispenser (include hot, warm and cool water) at the lobby. i would say it is worth the money. the location is just nearby shopping complex (walking distance).

Standard Queen Room
Stayed 1 night in January 2016
I had a meeting at this hotel which had me travel from KL. I stayed in the Standard room for the night before the meeting.
Location wise, is strategic; I reached SP by bus which stopped at the local transit station (about 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, depends on how you walk though), just across the street from Central Square (newly renovated shopping mall with a wide range of new shops and MBO cinemas), and there is a food stall/restaurant hybrid right in front of the hotel for those who fancy some western dishes (mind you the menu is quite limited).
Room wise; no windows for my room (was already mentioned in the room description but I don't mind), linens were clean, functioning air-conditioner, water heater and tv (limited channels though). Flooring was quite old. The trap beneath the sink was leaking in the bathroom. The bathroom door was old, but the tilings on the floor and walls are new and clean. Toilet and shower are in good condition.
Breakfast included; basic array of cereals, bread condiments and toaster, fried noodles (type of noodles depends), some other items I can't recall, fruits and coffee and tea. Food was absolutely great.
All in all, your stay is primarily for a good night's sleep and a warm shower. Don't expect a 4-5 star facility.
