      We arrived at Arden, there was no one in sight. Called several times and a lady eventually came out. The building was in a sad state dirty, run down. We ended up not staying the night as we did not feel safe. I will be claiming a refund.

      I don't know why I'm being asked to review this place when my booking was unsuccessful. Shortly after I made my reservation, I recieved An email stating that I will reciee my money back within 30 day.
