Terrible hotel - they dont respect their guests
I stayed in the hotel for 1 month. They didnt offer me anything extra for staying long periods. I informed them from day 1 that I will be staying long periods in hotels as I am here for business. They didnt even care. I asked them what is the benefit of staying there long term, they said nothing. I have since moved to a new hotel where they value my long stay. Honestly i feel the 1 month in ALOFT was a waste of my time. I should have started in another hotel as they value their customers more then ALOFT. Daily, breakfast and their manager was very good. The food spread should change but the manager and chef are always listening to our comments. What I didnt like was the front desk. They were horrible, except for 1 guy who was very helpful all the time. The rest had sour faces, and honestly, they look like they were paying to work there. Daily, the room was cleaned late ( normally at 4pm ). We have informed them time and again to come early, but they never listen. They really dont care. Seriously they show it and they are not ashamed of it. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. I dont even rate it 3 star. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, and this hotel is not worth my time. Their response to issues is also very bad. They never listen and use the wrong words when speaking to customers.

Best Biz Hotel in Bangalore
Location was ideal. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable. WiFi access was super efficient.

A business trip pleasant stay
Food, staff, room
Very nice lobby that I liked a lot, a decent buffet during breakfast, lunch and dinner (or a-la cart menu if you like), and quite comfortable room (with a king-size bed, in my case). Free water (3 bottles per day) is definitely a plus too. Very pleasant stay. The hotel was initially selected as it's just few steps away from the business building.
