            We are couple Travelers ... Macau as being change a lot but Ascott location was great..but the staff should more friendly towards checking in time they strictly follow all by book so we manage to get the room at 3pm only ... plus bfast not that much choice then we enjoyed too ... so no regrets on tis property pls go ahead and book cheers

            stay 11july2018 arrive at 1100, the reception tell me they let us check in at 1500 as procedure, thats okey. comeback around 1530 the reception full of people waiting to get the room key, around 10people, 1 men already mad and force to get the key even want to check the room why is it not ready. i don know whats their problem i also got my roomkey around 1630 waited 30mins. worse service i guess from such a great hotel like ascott, and i talked to reception to get compensation checkout tomorrow at 1300 they allowed us. breakfast just standard need improvement check out went smooth

            Very nice staff and service. Enjoyed the setting, feels like home. Location is also good, not far from the city centre. Lots of little local restaurants. As we are traveling with our little daughter, the nearby parks and science museum are big plus. The only drawback is the breakfast. Some food supposed to be warm but it wasn't. Choices are also limited. Please consider adding more variety.

            I’m a breastfeed mom and need to travel with breast milk. The staff of the hotel are so kind and helpful to allow me to check in hotel early where they know I need to keep the breast milk in the hotel freezer to make the breast milk are in good condition . I’m amaze with their kindness n help ! Overall the hotel are so clean and the room is big . Staffs are friendly too . Will be back again n stay at Ascott macau

            The room was excellent and the staff at the reception were extremely nice. The only negative surprise was to be had in the pool area where you had to ask for a towel from a rather unfriendly staff member and from the general uncleanliness of the mens changing room (used towels in a large pile that stayed untouched for two days). Additionally, only a fraction of the changing room closets were in working order and compared to the shower in the magnificent room the water pressure was abysmal. Lastly, there was no shampoo or shower gel in the changing room. Other than these problems the pool itself was extremely nice.

            I had stay many hotels in Macau and this is the best so far. Emailed them to inform I'm celebrating my wedding anniversary and they upgraded our room to noble suite and provide a free red wine too. Room is huge, clean and luxurious. There are 3 TV (living room, bed room and bathroom), washing machine, microwave, refrigerator etc. Bathroom is huge and shower items are good (L'OCCITANE). Really feel like a living in a super luxurious home in overseas with 5 stars hotel services. Location is also good ( Stone throw to MGM and few mins walk to Wynn and Starworld). Highly recommended to all type of travellers!

            Fantastic Place in not so busy area - Great Value”
            Great Value for Money with exceptional facilities for most travellers. Although the hotel is not located in the busiest of areas, it is just a 10 min walk away from everything you want to visit in Macau. If you want to gamble the MGM is just across the road. The hotel also contains a decent diner and bar. The gym and swimming pool facilities are sufficient with great friendly staff who keeps everything clean. It is also close to the Macau-Hong Kong ferry port which makes it easy for travellers to get to without paying too much for a taxi ride.
