No sound proof door. Noisy children playing along corridor after 12midnight
Sink leaked and the water clogged the drain under the sink. Patches of oil stains on floor. A chinese family with children booked 2 seperate rooms and their children made a lot of noise after 12 midnight. They were running in and out of the 2 rooms outside corridor and kept opening and closing doors.. causing their door alarm to go off several times. Inconsiderate guests should be blacklisted for future stays. Hotel should consider installing sound proof doors .

Service received from the Senior staff here
Service or hospitality received from the most of the Senior staffs here are terrible. They might have forgotten part of their salary came from us especially people like us who booked this place for long stay but paying and doing up the booking daily.

Customer Service is good sadly only from the JUNIOR STAFFS.
Customer service here is terribly poor and not even worth the amount I have paid but due low rate, I stay on till managed to find one better one. Service rendered from the junior staffs here are so much better than the senior one (those higher ranking like supervisor and manager) supposed not the other way round? What on earth is happening here, gosh.. I would say most of the senior ones are having attitude problem here compared to the junior ones who are worth compliment about

Long Term Business Trip Stay
Despite the special request to the sale in charge asking for a special rate for a long term business trip stay and was turned down but instead given with a rate that is higher than what I am booking thru this platform and the hassle of booking and sending of the confirmation to front desk for updating purposes. Don't think rate for such should be higher than what we could easily get from a 3rd party vendor, very upset about it. Asking since rate remains, please upgrade us to a more spacious room at level 5 room number 505 and was caught by surprise that they could do so only if I were to pay more. Conclusion, shouldn't spend too much here and change from an intended long term stay to a shorter one once found something nicer and worth the value of paying as I don't feel any special treatment given as compared to public though the higher and much more monies that I am going to invest and spend here. Sad.. please have a word with this lady by the name of Farah who is in the charge

Total Disappointment of the Staff and Facilities here in this Hotel
Rude and cheeky with woman way of gesture and body language from the house keeping men and dressing up more like a technician to me than a housekeeping maid.
