Quality Hotel, indeed”
I was on a 3N5D business trip in Oct. 2019, and stayed here for 3 nights. The room was very neat and clean, and I liked the unique design of the building as well. The location is good enough to take a tuk tuk to look around, and a 24H supermarket is located within about 5 minutes of walk. The staff members were all kind and nice, and they would say "good morning, sir" or "good evening, sir" to make my day. The breakfast service is also what I liked the most. They serve decent order-based egg dishes on top of the buffet; and you should definitely try their seafood noodles. Overall, I got the best experience for the price of the stay. If I visit Phnom Penh again in the future, I'll for sure consider revisiting this place.

Beautiful hotel in the middle Phnom Penh”
The minute you step into the lobby, you feel like you're in another world. Serene, peaceful and bright. The two pools offered were amazing and had great service at both. We also had a private plunge pool outside our room and that was so nice to decompress in after a full day of site seeing. The rooms are big, and clean. The coffee bar in the lobby was so handy to have in the AM when you didn't feel like having a full meal yet. And the buffet upstairs was delicious. The staff was AMAZING in helping us exchange money, arrange spa appointments and for answer all of our questions. We took full advantage of the spa and loved our treatment. If we ever come back, we'll definitely be staying here again.

Best hotel so far”
I have been travelling to PP for over 20 years now, so far this is the best all-around hotel I have stayed in. Price, location, rooms, cleanliness, staff, this place has rated best in all categories. I strongly suggest his hotel for any type of traveler. My only regret was I did not have time to try the hotel spa, which looked really well appointed and for sure great service. Definitely, 1000% will stay here again. I am aware they were fully booked when i was checking out, so pls book early

I'm really impressed by the design, the cleanliness and the friendliness Baitong Hotel & Resort gave to their guests. Great hotel in Phnom Penh in my favourite area. About 10 min tuk tuk to the river which is great if you don’t like staying in the grunge area. Quality comfortable beds. Great shower. Good breakfast. Great restaurants terrazzo Italian, Pacau and dig us for meat. Plus plenty of others sushi Mexican also Starbucks coffee club and browns within a couple of blocks

A great staycation experience”
My wife and I had a night away from our kids to celebrate her birthday. Baitong was a great experience for us. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room and facilities were clean and modern. We had a great time and will be back. Probably with the fam next time.

Even better than last time! Kuang seafood in the hotel is my favorite restaurant in Thailand. Exceptional service all the way around. The staff went up and beyond service for me. The rooms were clean, updated and stylish. Thank you for making a wonderful experience once again.

Such an amazing hotel, with a great rooftop bar (with live music), two amazing pools, the restaurant upstairs the food was delicious, staff very friendly and welcoming, the room and amenities were spotlessly clean everything was amazing. Will return in the future.

Loved my stay. My day didnt start great as my airline lost my luggage on my arrival and there was problem with room i booked.. but staffs working there managed it nicely in timely manner and I was happy with the way Team baitong managed issues .. i will be coming back before i return home from my travel…

I am glad I walked in this hotel and gave it a chance. We were warmly welcome with a great smile. I stayed with my partner and had a great experience, we really enjoyed our stay in Baitong Hotel. The pools are beautiful and breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be visiting Baitong again.

We had 3 nights here. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Feel so relaxing especially when you are at their swimming pool. Surrounded by beautiful trees. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing !

Baitong is such a Oasis!”
I stayed at Baitong Hotel for 12 days while visiting friends in Phnom Phen. The staff here is so friendly and very accommodating. The roof top is a great place to grab a drink after a long day in the city. The Bodia spa is always a amazing experience. If you are looking for something central in BKK1 look no further than this retreat. I will be back! Thank you Baitong!

we stayed for 1 night, did not use hotel facility but it does looks great. close to city center, the staffs are very everything is perfectly as captured in the picture. we had an awesome stay, im sure you would too. at night, there is some noise of furnitures being moved, but it did not disturb us.

a paradise in the middle of the city. It has partnered with popular brands in Cambodia such as Kayser Cafe and Bodia Spa. Rooftop bar offers nice place to watch sunset with good food and drinks. The garden pool and jacuzzi are insta worthy! Highly recommended!
