had a bit of trouble with staff as i arrived around 11pm and it took staff about 90 mins to get my place ready, turns out they gave to to some one else, on the flip side the gave me a one bedroom appartment on the top floor. interior seems like it should be much more modern.

Good for the price”
was booking this place for my mum in law as she was down here for a 3 days meeting. Not too bad for the price. Great location for public transportation too

stayed 4 nights was not happy with having to wait over 1hr to checking there was an issue between fnf and agoda saying i did not pay right price well i payed what agoda had on there web page at the time ...end of story.. rooms are big . clean big pool. plenty of food in the shoping mall .

Honest review”
This is my second time booking with the FNF company and it will be our last. Booked a 2 bedroom brooklyn suite for 4 people. Instructions was to email/call the person 24 hours prior to arrival, emailed but no reply till the day we arrived so we called as we reached KL. The person confirmed that the room we ordered was ready and when we reach the lobby to just give them a call again. When we arrived at the lobby the person attended to us promptly. We were brought to the office for check-in. Had to deposit RM400. During this check-in process we were not told of any changes to our room or etc. We signed, deposited and was brought to our room or must i say rooms. To our shock, we were brought to two separate rooms (1 queen sized bed) due to shortage of brooklyn suite. This was unfair as we paid for what we wanted and no one warned us on this problem during check-in or before. Also, what made us more unhappy was a comment the attendant made " We could refund your money and sell this two rooms separately at a higher price than the 2bedroom brooklyn suite you booked. " However, we managed to make a deal to change to the brooklyn suite for the next day as the attendant told us its only available then. We had no choice but to take the two separate rooms for now. The attendant promised that both rooms was in working condition and nothing was spoilt, bad or damaged. That was a big lie, one of the rooms had a spoilt air-con, the cups was dirty, the bed had dirt marks which are old. When we transferred to the 2 bedroom brooklyn suite we faced tremendous problems such as: 1) Water heater spoilt 2) Smelly towels 3) Dirty cups 4) TV was mostly arab channels and grainy. 5) Aircon was not very cold even though to the lowest temperature. 6) Only given shampoo and toothbrush, no bodywash or conditioner. very bad experience”
I face very bad experience with this apartment, i bboked the room befor 1month of check in, and before 1 day of arrival the hotel ask to cancel the booking and make new booking with the new ( high) rate but i refused and ask him to solve this problem with agoda. Any how i stay in the hotel 3 nights after the problem solved by agoda but i stay in very bad condition apartment and no houskeeping did for the apartmentt. The staff are not respect the guest, realy bad experience i faced with this apartment agency in times square hotel.

A Secret discount with pleaseant surprise”
I ordered a room that is one above the standard couple bedroom by Agoda Secret Deals (really recomended) and got into FNF Service Suite. Due to lack of availability of my room they upgraded it. For the price we paid I couldn't ask for a better place, our view was amazing, the services in Times Square building are really top of the line (although more "Beach"Chairs would be better) and the staff of FNF was very friendly. Totally recomend it although if you are some kind of maniac for shiny and new things you might find it dirty. Is not dirty, is just old but very good.

Very poor maintenance and cleanliness”
The first room that was allocated was still under maintenance. Paint tins and brush was all over the apartment. We were allocated another room and this time the cleanliness of the room was questionable. The were stained marks on the windows, cobwebs on the toilet and toilet bowl was not clean properly. The air-con was not cold. We had to call the owner to complaint. The maintenance had to clean all the air-con filters. It seems that it was clean for ages. On the second day the room was not make-up till 6pm. The room was make-up only after several calls. I had to spend of time and money calling and talking to the owner. On the third day, the door was able to open without the key card. Again, I had to spend time and money calling the owner to rectify the issue. The bath towels and bathmat was not replaced. The fourth day, once again the door can be opened without the key card. Again, I had to make calls to the owner to rectify the issue. Overall, not a pleasant stay and do not recommend if you are booking with this operator/owner.
