Fairly new but feel old hotel, Poor Service”
We came for check in at 4PM and front desk said we were upgraded to Grand Deluxe but the room is not ready yet (imagine, 4 PM!). My wife complaints and I was given my original room (Superior) in which very very small, even smaller than budget hotels. The room was ok (though very small comparing to other 3-4 stars hotel nearby). but the cleanliness is not ok. Coffee pot is not washed (i tried to boil water and ended up finding white flakes!). Bed is great and comfy. Restaurant was ok. Service wasnt good. calling room services upto 5 times but always busy in congestion. Thanks!

Not well maintained hotel in an apartment building. Eating in their restaurant isn’t recommended at all, when dining we had to wait for a too long time and the food was bad (the meat was not chewable), we didn’t finish. The pool is too dirty to be actually used, though it’s not the hotels fould but engineers who designed the apartment complex. Actually it cannot be cleaned. Good part, the staff is very friendly and happy to help, but this is the case in all hotels in Indonesia. The rooms were cleaned well.

bad facilities and bad breakfast buffet”
It’s a nice hotel on the outside and staff are nice but facilities not working (only 1 lifts-imagine staying on 23rd floor),pool is not up to par as per expectation for a hotel. Their beef ball soup for Breakfast is great but service,you have to keep asking for them to fill up the butter,bread and egg section. I requested for a check out after first night,they asked me to deal via agoda coz reservation is via agoda,called indonesia agoda line,waited for 25minutes,I gave up. We’re checkong out anway,hope we’ll get one night refund. Really disappointed

Clean and best location”

The design of the hotel is not human centric. You will need to climb the stair to reach the reception. Room cleanliness and bathroom need more improvement, the bed however is very comfortable. Tried the gym facility, nothing good about it, no air cond, no towel, no water. Overall stay is okay for the price paid, one plus point is their house keeping is very attentive and helpful.

Nice Room ”
Been there for 4 days 3 nights. Got free upgraded room from Superior to Deluxe. But sadly we got twin instead of double. Friendly staff, clean room, had no problem with facilites. They provide free shuttle to JIExpo.

worst hotel I've ever stayed in”
This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, and I travel a lot for my work. Check in was at 2pm, but we were not allowed to check in until nearly 6pm because the room wasn't ready. When finally we got to the room the fridge had old rotten, smelly food in it, there was sitting water in one of the bedrooms, and the whole place felt dirty and old. The swimming pool was filthy, and unusable. The breakfast was very poor. There was no redeeming feature of this hotel. Halfway through our two night stay the key stopped working, and as we were only allowed to have the one key, between the four of us it meant we had to wait for them to reissue the key, but whilst serving me they decided other customers were more important and started serving them instead. This hotel has no redeeming features at all. I am a fan of the Best Western brand, but this was a disgrace.

Sudah booking dari 1 minggu lalu dan fully paid minta kamar yang queen bed tapi malah sesampai di sana permintaan tidak di penuhi malah di kasih twin bed, Kamar tidak sesuai ekspektasi, akses ke lift susah dan lama, closet kamar mandi bocor, makanan kurang bervariatif, tulisan fresh milk tetapi rasanya seperti susu kental manis.

Great location close to J Expo , hotel design was unique . Walking distance to the street food with varieties of food options. Staff are friendly. One morning , We received a phone call from ms Ulfa , one of the hotel staff and she was very nice asking how was the room and everything, I found this quite nice that hotel ensuring the customers feels comfortable staying at the hotel :) bravo BW Plus .

This is more of a serviced apartment type of place than a hotel. It is in a giant building but its lobby is rudimentary, it's food services woefully inadequate, and bathrooms old-fashioned. The staff do their best and are extremely courteous. A suite with three bedrooms and small living and dining areas, plus kitchenette for under $100 per day is a bargain and so I would recommend this place for budget-minded families or groups.

Bad facilities (Room, electricity, Air-conditioning)”
our room has upgraded form deluxe to junior suite BUT have a broken Air-conditioning which we must wait until 4 hours to get it done. 1.5 hour before check-out time, the hotels cut our electricity so if looks like we forced to check-out before the time. FYI, the electricity just out in our room. The other room in same floor still functioning. Sorry but we won't recommend this place to our friends
