Room is big enough for solo, and cozy warm too. morning breakfast have good fresh brew coffee and enough of choices brots and kase . Most memorable is their staff , welcome me very warm friendly greeting , and helpful during my stay .

The location is excellent, next right to the DOM and station. My room can have a view of the DOM towers. They also offer a great breakfast with a lot of options.

Perfect location, friendly and CLEAN”
I stayed here as I had an early flight from Cologne airport. Staff were so friendly and welcoming at the check-in. Was at Koln Hbf within 30 seconds and able to catch my early train to airport. Room was very clean and modern, just like the photos. Best value for money, would definitely stay here again.

Fantastisk”
The hotel is really good, but I suffered because of the weather (too hot), my room received the sun the whole day and there was no air conditioning. On the weekend, there where drunk passengers that where knocking and beating doors, talking by the phone on the hallways passed 1 AM.

Best location for sightseeing and great value for money. Recommend to check in very early or late. They only accepts check in from 14:00. You will see long cue and slow process if you go a bit later than 14:00. Either you early and wait till 14:00 or go around 14:30 if you do not like to wait for a long time

Boutique Koln Dom”
I paid a reduced price for my single room which was good value. The location of this hotel is fantastic with a 100 m Walk from the train station and 100 m to the Dom. I don’t feel the quality of the hotel justifies its normal price. The staff are wonderful and friendly and generally the hotel is clean and tidy but I feel it is over priced for what you get. I would have no hesitation about coming back but it needs a makeover to really make it a great experience. I understand in this coronavirus situation it is not easy for the owners to justify spending money on renovation when your income is not so good but I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone

Location is right by central station. Staff efficient and fast. Breakfast was excellent. The room was a single and it was small, dark and the air not so fresh. The single bed was clean and fresh. WIFI was good. Coming here really depends on the price they offer....

Budget hotel at a good location”
It's a budget hotel with a great location and a decent breakfast but don't expect anything else . The pictures are a bit deceiving since they do not represent the actual rooms. The locks need maintenance since they don't work properly.

No safety in rooms!”
There are no locks inside the room, or even a paper hanger with the "do not disturb/please clean the room" to inform the staff that someone is inside. The toilet door has a fake lock that doesn't do anything either. Even I locked the main door with the key and drag a chair to the door (so it could be seen even if someone tried to come in), the cleaning person still could come in easily and straight to the toilet. I was getting ready for shower well before standard checkout time and suddenly someone put the keys in the lock, push and drag the chair away, then tried to open the toilet door all while listening to earphones and not even wearing mask. If you don't like people being able to come into your room even though you close the door and leave the key in the lock, do not stay here.

Facilities and Room were really bad, at arrival time we needed Wasserkocher/water heater but nothing was available. The man at the reception was really kind but we needed 2 glass for drinking and he did not access to anything! We had nothing first night to drink , the day after we left the hotel to another one.

Value for money, great breakfast but the room was tiny, bathroom had no fan. Location great. Beds comfortable. Would stay again but not for more than 2nights.

Walk-up 5 levels”
When I booked the family room, it wasn't stated that there was no lift and that we had to walk up 5 levels with our luggage. In addition, the door requires some technique to open and the receptionist wasn't helpful and was pretty rude when I requested for assistance with opening the door upon check-in.
