Terrible and overpriced ”
Check in was one word only "passport" no other word was spoken to us. Key was put on the desk and that was the check in. Bellman is sitting at the bar and plays his telephone. Welcome drink comes after 20 min to the room Room service: half the menu not available and then some items not delivered even so they are on the invoice. Coke served without glass and ice but just a can. No condiments to the noodle soup etc Room old dirty and not working. The entertainment shower was completely out of service and sauna, steam, lights etc nothing worked. Hot water took 5 min so at least that was there at some stage Breakfast was terrible and the worst I have seen in a very long time. Avoid! Staff is bored unhelpful and does not speak any English. We wanted to stay the Day for a swim etc but ran after breakfast as it was just appalling and we did not want to ruin the stay further

Most impressive service in whole Vietnam”
very helpfull staff
great and helpfull staff. I felt very comfortable and welcome at this hotel, although the hotel is 10-15 minutes away from the Haiphong City Center. But the staff doing the utmost for making your stay as perfect as possible. Thanks alot!

Located just off very busy, noisy road”
Large rooms
On the plus side the rooms are large, bathroom had cracked tiles and were in need of replacement. Overall the bathroom needed cleaning. Restaurant had limited drink selection - we were a family of five and the only people in the restaurant. We had booked for 2 nights but left after one. We complained about room and bathroom and had money refunded.

Very quiet hotel”
Good for business traveller
this is my first stay in this hotel. hotel was well located near the business area and convenient to go to the city by taxi with few kilometers away. breakfast in hotel was ok but lack of variety of foods. hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. i will refer to friends to stay in the hotel in future.

4 stars hotel with very low quality and standard”
Rate is competitive
this is my second time staying in this hotel this year. hotel has slightly improved on their service but still not up to the 4-star mark. hotel's bar has no music and only a miserable lcd tv. the hotel room has given me a plate of 'fresh' fruits (rambutan, a tropical fruit) but i do even dare to eat becuase most of them are either rotten or going to rot. i suggest the room chamber maid make an effort to check every mornin gif they need to repalce them or throw them away.

Good service, clean, nice rooms”
Beautifully decorated room with flowers
Nice hotel, but a lot of traffic noise outside. The room was nice and there were some fruits us to eat. In the hotel there is also a restaurant. The food wasn't the most delicious one, but OK. Breakfast buffet was good.
