Godt hotel med venligt personale”
Venligt personale
Værelserne var rene men meget små. Der var ikke includeret håndklæder i prisen, så skulle betale for det. Morgenmaden var fin. Wifi på hotellet er nok noget af det bedste vi har oplevet i indonesien. Personalet er meget venligt og opmærksom. Alt i alt et fint hotel til prisen.

Nice and quite”
(Over)friendly staff. 15 min walk to town, one free drop off and pickup a day. Labuan Bajo/Komodo is exploding since it has it's own airport.

Location is inconvenient. Shuttle is unreliable. Looks like the hotel was lovely when it first opened but it quite run down now.

Basic Indonesian style hotel. Only a 1 or 2 star hotel at best. The VIP rooms are better.”
Pros very basic hotel. Clean sheets. Good Indo style breakfast. Staff friendly but best to speak some Indonesian. Cons. Mouldy roof and bathroom. Cold shower. Feels tired. Not close to town but not in a quiet area. Lots of road noise. Can hear next room. This is all in DELUXE room. Basic rooms are closer to the road noise. No mosquito net. Old and tired.

An OK place to camp down for the night.”
The room was nice enough with a shower room and equipment such as kettle, TV, frig, etc. The A/C was very 'weak' and too hours to cool down the room. There is no sea view, or swimming pool and it is some way 'out of town.

Cheap but dirty ”
A cheap hotel with very dirty and smelly walls and bathrooms. Most of the facilities had mould on the walls. We got a room on the first floor, it might have been better upstairs. Clean towels and sheets though. Breakfast was toast with sprinkles and coffee or tea. Near to the bus station to tomohon.

Great staff, clean rooms!”
Great staff al so nice and friendly. Always helps you out and thinking with you. Only for them you should go to here. Some of them speak good English some of them don't. Breakfast is good, but everyday the same. Housekeeping everyday, everything is spotless and clean. Only cold water shower, they should fix that but didn't.

Sewage smell, awful customer service, better choices”
1st night-ok if you don't mind bedsheets with stains&mouldy walls. 2nd night-room stunk of sewage. Not wanting to make a fuss I turned on A/C&hoped it would go away.Within 15minutes I had a headache&felt sick.I informed reception the room smelt.The main receptionist didn't want to attend so sent a young girl&gave her an air freshener- to which I said no covering it up will not make the smell go away.The young girl came&went. I waited&nothing happened. Now feeling really ill in the room I went to reception to find them laughing.I asked what was happening&she informed me there was no rooms.Having been on agoda&also walked around I knew there were free rooms.I was offered a standard twin,downgraded from a deluxe.I explained the sewage was their problem&downgrade was not an option.After 45mins I was moved to a VIP room&told: "one night only".Room full of mosquitoes,A/C didn't work. I vomited on way to room as was so sick from sewage fumes.No apology.Lied to about rooms. HORRID

Lovely location with friendly staff”
I had a very pleasant 5 day stay here. The layout of the hotel is really nice with a big open plan restaurant looking out to the hills and a series of exterior stairs and walk ways leading to a number of levels with different bungalow type rooms. We spent quite a lot of time sat out in the dining area which was a sociable hub. It was a little tatty in places and there was no hot water in mine or my friends room, the wifi was also hit and miss. But what made it great was the staff who were all lovely and made a big effort. It's a bit out of town (10 mins walk to very edge. Or 20 mins to centre) but they offered a shuttle drop off and collection which was very handy ( they also gave us a free ride to the airport when we left). The fact that Flores is obviously less touched by tourism than Java or Bali means selection and pricing there is more limited (and pricier) - so on the affordable end of what's there this is a definite good spot!

nice place but more remote”
it's a 5 min motorbike ride from the harbour. but the room was ok and the shower is really good. i don't know why they have 3 star rating, when booking 3 star i am more used to more facility. but nice anyway, and cheaper than 2 beds in dorm room in harbour area.
