    Stay was confortable. Room cleaning staff is not upto the mark.where we lost 2 items costing about Rs300/and has been informed to the Manager while vacating.

    Bad value for money! ”
    Good view, spacious rooms, connections with an excellent driver
    This accommodation is terrible value for money. My family and I stayed here for three nights in total and had a disappointingly unpleasant experience. We payed for accommodation which advertised itself as having the following facilities: wifi in every room, 24hr hot showers, a restaurant, breakfast included and 'deluxe' rooms. The wifi only functioned fully on a nearby balcony, which for all of our stay remained cold and wet - not a suitable place to use technology. The hot showers were neither hot nor showers: we had to pour water over our heads with a bucket, and the water was not always warm. The food was barely edible. We ordered dinner to our room and it took over an hour to arrive. The chicken was not cooked and the rice was cold. Breakfast in the morning consisted of cold greasy Indian food with no 'continental' options like toast or eggs, and we were not the only group to find this disappointing. We were expected to eat in a small room with rows of plastic chairs and no tables. However, our requests for toast and eggs the next two mornings were met. The rooms themselves, whilst spacious, were cold and damp. The sheets were stained and the electricity was unreliable at best and dangerous at worst, with several of the fittings coming off the walls. We were given an unreliable heater and blankets for which we were charged a further £10. We discovered our rubbish dumped round the side of the building on the grass - a disgusting abuse of the nature surrounding the hotel. Finally, the service we were subject to was shocking. Our requests on the whole were slowly and ungraciously met, whilst our complaint about the lack of hot water was met with no apology and a mock drawing of a member of our party on the steamed up window outside our room. The only positive we may mention was the good service from one helpful member of staff who seemed embarrassed and sorry. Describing our experience as 'deluxe' is nothing short of a joke.

    location
    The location of the hotel is the only plus point but the access road to the hotel is very bad. However, the staff service quality is very poor as they didn't respond to any of our requests in a timely manner

    this hotel saved my hill station expectations”
    big rooms, excellent food and best of all the service.
    i had some expectations before i came to ooty hill station, and thanks to this hotel they were fulfilled.ooty is charming but in the senter there is not much reminding of a hillstation, it is more or less like any other indian city -noisy, polluted, smelling and stressfull. luckily i booked at this place which were quiet and cleen. if you like hiking i recomend a walk from the hotel to the doddabetta peak. the breakfast was amasing, real south indian style with dosa, idly and vada. enjoy the breakfast on the balcony at sunrise if you like to stay in the town there is better options than ooty, if not i would recomend this hotel. tips: check the weather and bring warm clothes.

    Authentic Breakfast with friendly staff”
    Location
    The hotel is isolated and located in a hill sight, very beautiful scenery from the hotel and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are huge and clean, the breakfast there was awesome because of the taste and it is served in the hotel garden facing the lush beauty of Ooty.
