“Horrendous ”
What can i say Rooms Filthy dirty, the rooms looked as tho they hadn't been cleaned for months Dead flies and spiders in the cobwebs that covered the place Inside the wardrobe was covered in cobwebs and housed a swarm of flies Dirty stained mattresses Unsafe electricity sockets and light fittings Disgusting toilet Pool Area Filthy dirty as the rooms and didn't see anyone clean around the pool area the whole time we were there Broken tiles around the pool Outside toilets area was covered in mould and didn't venture into them What Bar/Pool Bar? Restaurant Was more like a dumping area for old and broken furniture Breakfast was toast or Indian rice placed on a table covered in flies and ants hence we ate out every morning Reception staff were rude and unhelpful, no wifi even tho it say it has Resort Description Totally misleading. This accommodation is nothing like the description and pictures on there web page We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were as bad as each other. We arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning with no one on reception then some guy jumped up from behind the sofa pulling his pants up. Our friend who was in the first room was moved the next morning after we complained but it wasn't much better . My husband and i were shown 2 more rooms but were worse than what we were in and were told the next room to come available would be ours to look at. 6 days later and after a trip to the pharmacy for treatment to flea/bedbug bites and not mosquito bites as the pharmacist told us I went back and insisted they moved us. Dreading staying there we decided to book overnight trips away. Our room hadn't been "cleaned" or had the towels or sheets changed in 4 days so when we went on a 2 day trip the key was handed in, we ask for them to be changed and the room to be cleaned came back 2 days later and they still hadn't been in done it. We have been traveling to Goa and stayed in Candolim for the past 12 years. We have always expected
