Frygtelig høj musik hele weekenden”
Vi har boet før på hotellet, og er generelt glade for at bo der, men denne gang var det en meget dårlig oplevelse, idet der var fest i hotellets selskabslokaler både fredag og lørdag aften med meget høj musik til sen nat. Bassen dunkede helt op på 4. etage. Hotellet og Agoda burde ikke sælge værelser uden at advare gæsterne mod dette støjhelvede.

Fint hotel med gratis minibar”
Hotellet var egentligt fint. Min kone og jeg var lige kommet fra et 5-stjernet hotel i Bremen, så set i lyset af det så manglede hotellet lige det ekstra for at vi kunne række hænderne i vejret i vild jubel. Hvis man godt kan lide designerhoteller, så er Dormero lige sagen. Forestil dig en Apple butik, så ved du hvordan hotellet ser ud. Hotellet er rent og pænt, men på personalefronten mangler der lige lidt. Ikke at personalet på nogen måde er uhøfligt, men de er bare ikke vedkommende. Ud over det, så er det ikke lige alle der taler, eller forstår, engelsk. Værelserne er pæne men sparsomt møbleret. Der er et stort 46" fjernsyn på værelset spækket med en masse internationale kanaler og ikke mindst et stort og godt udvalg af gratis film. Badeværelset er rent og pænt. Minibaren er gratis og bliver fyldt op hver dag.

They have disabled the phone calls from the room to everybody else but the reception can call you. For any request you have to go down to the reception... no questions through the phone are allowed... great! They do not clean the room if you do not request it, not even the rubbish. I could not switch off the lights in the room... and I found a dirty, i mean used towel in the bathroom, so they changed the room.

1. Broken air conditioner - we asked for another room as the air conditioner in our room is broken and they transferred us to a room with STILL a BROKEN air conditioner... 2. Water - shower pressure is bad and very low. The water is hot and shower water temperature “cold” is still hot as hell. 3. As the air conditioner is broken, we had to open the windows for air circulation and there were a lot of insects which was very weird as there were no parks or trees nearby. 4. The receptionist gave a room key to someone who pretended to be a boyfriend without contacting me. The level of security in this place is worse than a third world country.

The room was clean, staff were friendly and mini bar was free. The room was not big but it was big enough for 2 people to relax comfortably and the TV was great, big with good movie selecion. The value for money is unparalleled given the location and service provided I will definitely stay in Dormero again.

Friendly, efficient staff greeted us as we checked in . The room was modern with a comfy bed. Also, there were usb charging points and a great telly. We only had one pillow and one towel which seemed odd. They provided the missing items quickly. The hotel is situated in local area, close to the underground station and a ‘short hop’ therefore, into the town centre. A couple of decent places to get local beer and German food close by. The hotel is probably more three than four star. The breakfast was just okay. The bar didn’t open until 6:00 pm. Overall though good value and the staff do a great job
