COMFORTABLE STAY IN JAMMU”
FOOD QUALITY, HOTEL LOCATION AND CLEANLINESS
Overall stay was good and pleasant except real bad service at Breakfast seems that they were really less on staff in Kitchen. Everything we have asked for took pretty long to come on the table. Rest was good.

The service and staff, close to shopping, comfortable room
I would stay here again. I recommend it as the best hotel in Jammu. The price is better than for lesser hotels, and the accommodations better than higher hotels. The staff was very exceptional, and helpful, and friendly. They made sure all our needs were met, and above. They served a fruit plate every day. Had as much water as we needed to drink. This hotel had everythng needed for a good stay. The Chinese and Indian restaurant upstairs was very good. Rooftop not so desirable but set up for indiscreet drinking. The breakfast pretty standard Indian breakfast with some western foods.

easy access, excellant service, very comfortable
We would stay here again. The food in the dining rooms upstairs was very good, and excellent service. Hot water, internet, but had to pay for it. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly polite, helpful and spoke English. The buffet breakfast was good Indian food, with some international dishes. They allowed us as late a checkout as we needed as we had a really late night ticket on the train. They provided taxi service for a fee.

Management needs improvement”
Loacation is covenient, Restaurant provides good food, Bed is comfortable
1.There was an unbearable noise in the room at midnight. It took 1 hour for the receptionist to send a technical staff.He told me one of the air conditioning central systems was making this noise.After half an hour it was switched off. I could sleep only at 2 a.m. 2.I bought a prepaid card for Wireless to be used in a room. But for the whole evening Wireless system did not work.Receptionist promised to refund the charge of the card. Upon checking out,a staff insisted that I pay the charge.I told him to get in touch with the receptionist who was working the night before.He was not available. A manager came and solved the problem finally. But it was a very unpleasant experience. 3.To move to another hotel I asked a taxi.It is only 3 minutes away and the lady in charge told it would cost 450 rupees in a small locally made car.I took auto rickshaw instead for 50 Rupees. Why such a rip off? 4. All in all,the staff in the hotel needs serious training,especially receptionists.
