Billigt backpacker guesthouse ”
Meget beskidte værelser! Der var blod og andet snavs langt op ad væggene. Meget plettet og beskidt sengetøj. Mange, mange myg trods myggenet for vinduet. Der var også masser af myrer! Døren til badeværelset var slået i stykker, og kunne ikke lukkes. Vi boede her 3 nætter udelukkende grundet prisen. Hyggelig restaurant og bar på toppen

Stog tydligt i bokningen att AC var inkluderat, men ändå sa personalen att det ej var så. Relativt äckligt rum, kackerlackor, spindlar och råttor sprang ohämmat igenom boendet. Varning, håll er borta.

Lovely Siem reap”
They have restaurant... pool.... bar. Everything you need . Only Problem that cleaners come into your room incredibly early. Expect them to wake you up at 08:00 am when they enter your room to clean.

Near to pub street and nice property with pool access , cafe and restaurant are there you can order food, but in room no facilities no proper cleaning done nothing done properly.

I asked how long this loud will continue, they said start morning till midnite. I said I can't sleep here. they give back my money and I didn't stay in here.

Good budget accommodation ”
Centrally located near many amenities. Staff is welcoming and helpful. However, room facilities is not in accordance to what is shown in agoda such as no TV, no bottle water, no coffee maker, etc. Having said I enjoyed my stay.

Don’t be fooled by the air con/heat pump on the wall. The room is very very hot as you can only use the fan. Also don’t book a ‘tour’ at the hotel reception as we paid 20 usd to go to the war museum and killing fields. We were meant to go to the orphanage as well but driver decided to tell us half way through trip we couldn’t anymore for some reason.

here we hv to pay deposit of usd 5 for each towel. room is old, door got hole..spider web ., no kettle. not convenient n not recommended for travellers with kids

We had blood on our bedsheets, told the receptionist who brought other dirty sheets and finally told us they didn't have any clean bedsheets at all...

THE WORST HOSTEL EXPERIENCE”
We booked our room with an air conditioner but the room they provided only had a fan. They said we should pay for another 3 USD for them to turn on the aircon and we agreed since the weather can get very hot. When we got to our room, we noticed that the water supply is inconsistent. We told the receptionist about it and they said they will fix it before we get back from doing our laundry. It was all good until around 3 AM, we woke up with no water and no electricity. We were leaving the hostel at 6 AM since we have a bus that will pick us up from the lobby of the hostel. I told the receptionist about the power and water problems that we had and requested a refund. He said they couldn’t give us back our money because we have used the electricity and water at night already. His point was we already “consumed” what we paid for. I told him even the aircon on the room they provided didn’t even work. He told us the other people have the same problem, not only us. I told him that we didn’t they fix it if it’s already a known issue. He said there was no one assigned to our building for repair issues. I told him that as the hostel staff, it’s their responsibility since their customers are paying them money but he was very firm on not giving us any refund. This is, by far, the worst hostel service I have ever experienced. We booked a triple room and the windows didn’t have any locks. The main door barely had any security since you can just push the locked door to open it without any struggle. PLEASE, Don’t book this hostel. There are several other hostels around. It’s my mistake to not check the reviews but I wasn’t expecting that it was this WORSE!!!!!!

Perfect for us ”
We are a couple (28 & 30) who wanted to stay somewhere with life and energy but not music booming the entire night. This place was perfect, really cool vibe. We enjoyed just hanging out at the hotel. If anything, the music etc ended too early and we would have liked it if things had gone on a bit later. Room was great (although pretty hot with only fan) and no problems with insects etc which I appreciated :)

Best Place to Stay in Siem Reap ”
By far the best place to stay in Siem Reap. Great location, clean rooms, best pool and friendly staff. This was my third time staying here and the place gets better every time. Can do laundry on site, cheap good quality food and very helpful staff
