“Terrible”
On arrival I was scammed by one of the Staff for Rand 40 - I asked Reception for a South Africa electric adapter to charge my Phone. I was told that I could buy one in a shop around the corner from the hotel but not to go myself as it was unsafe. The staff member said he would kindly go for me and I gave him the money. He came back with an obviously used and second hand adaptor which he probably had in his possession already. That wasn't a great start to my arrival. No WIfi for the four days of my stay, despite the Hotel advertising it. Room was unclean with brown stains on the Towels. The mattress on the bed was filthy too. The bed room door lock did not lock completely and I felt unsafe at night because of this. The Breakfast was below average and was not satisfactory. The Hotel Staff generally were nice and friendly but the Hotel was not. Only I paid in advance I would have checked out on the first day. And that is why I won't be using Agoda again. !!!!!!!!

“Excellent hotel.All the facilities that I needed were at the tip.”
The staff is excellent, hotel is clean, parking bay is nearby and safe. A hotel to visit again. It was my third time to visit the same hotel. Excellent.

“Dissatisfy with the management”
I could not stay in this hotel although my booking was confirmed in April as you know. When I arrived, they said the hotel was full and I was rearranged from this 3 stars hotel to a 1 star Silver Star which was also under their management. They explained this internal arrangement was not open to you, i.e. you keep on booking clients to this hotel even though it was full, then they will rearrange their stay to another hotel under their own management, disregard the clients wish. I felt I was being cheated. Please look into this issue if you don't want to dissatisfy your client

“Good hotel ”
hotel quests very noisy at night with no control over their children who roam the floors and play in the lifts all the time. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful and i will recommend it to my friends because of the good location.

“Unhappy customer”
Food and staff at the Restaurant and Bar.
I was not happy with one of the cleaners named Nombulelelo who cleaned our room 322 on 01 01 2016. She literally failed to replace or provide bath-room towels and toilet rolls. We had to request for both at about 10:50 PM via the reception as we had absolutely nothing in the room. I was also not impressed with the reception staff because the phone rang without being answered. I ended up having to take a lift and go and find out whether the guys were on duty. To my surprise, the were all outside the Hotel Lobby looking at the passer-by people. They ultimately sent the security guy to drop of the towels and and toilet rolls in my room. The whole experience clearly shows that some of your staff lack professionalism and people's skills. Just a suggestion, the Hotel needs urgent renovation just like your competitors in your neighboring area. Regards Unhappy Guest

“horrible hotel.its lie a movie hills he eyes”
location and foods
Bad experience. My holidays spoiled. Toilets were blocked no airfreshner. Carpet dirty and with marks . Room smelling I will never ever put my foot in this hotel. Hills have eyes
